Bed spring was poking through and stabbing my husband in the ribs. Room had cobwebs on the ceiling, dead bugs in the corner of the room, and mildew in the shower. Only reason we chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool, but was not made aware on check in that it was closed due to the fact that their ceiling was leaking. Tried telling us it was a new problem due to recent rain but the ceiling is bowing, evidence that this has been a problem in the making and should have been addressed sooner. No manager available on site to address concerns and handle the cancellation request, which is unacceptable. A hotel should always have a manager available to address customer needs. Washing machine also broke. Don’t advertise amenities you obviously can’t provide customers. It’s false advertising.

This property is better than most of the place we stay at. Clean parking lot. Well maintained. Entrance lobby smell clean. Our room was very clean and breakfast was very good compared to others. Overall excellent all around

When we arrived at 7:00 in the evening for our stay, we found out that the elevator was broken and they didn’t have any more rooms available on the first floor. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor by stairs. Then we find out the ice machine was broken on second floor. Had to use stairs again. Otherwise our room was good. Breakfast was good

Great location. Indoor pool was open. Clean facilities. Loved that they supply you with Dove soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion -- great for sensitive skin. The bed proved itself with a great night's sleep. However, the pantry was not stocked well and the laundry facilities need an upgrade (but got the job done). Overall, satisfied with our stay.

A lot of things out of order (bathrooms in the lobby, pool, ice machine on 2nd floor, etc.). The elevator inspection was out of date. The front conveniance area was very low on a lot of things. The staff had no knowlegge of why the indoor pool was out of order and was not the most friendly staff. The manager/ower when asked about things was very defensive and not friendly at all. We had kids with us for a wedding we were part of and just wanted answers, we were NOT looking for compensation as he accused my family member of when we went to speak with him, very disrespectful and did not want to take accountability. Positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable and no issues with housekeeping. The breakfast in the morning was great, no complaints and the lady that handles the area was so helpful and nice. My only problem was my little had to go potty in the middle of breakfast and due to the bathrooms in the lobby having out of order signs we had to rush to our room, he is still learning to hold it. All in all inwould rate hotel about a 2 out of 5. I have worked hotel management and the manager/owner should be ashamed with how he talks to a paying customer about complaints and not assume we everyone is looking for compensation. We were there for 3 nights and the whole time the lobby bathrooms and 2nd floor ice machines were out of order. The pool miraculaously was not out of order 15 mins after asking about it.

My stay was ok nothing to brag about. The restroom was not the cleanest missing drain stopper. Around the toilet had rusty dirty grimes

The room was come. The bathroom was clean. However, we did have a small problem with ants in the office and bench area.

My only issue with our stay is that someone in another room had a tv blaring until 2AM making a good night’s rest impossible. Surprisingly it was very loud, almost as though they were in the same room.

Overall, this was a fine hotel in a convenient location. I had a king suite which was spacious with a nice sitting area. My main gripe about this location is the hardness of the mattress. It is probably fine for a back or front sleeper, but for a side-sleeper like myself, I found it far too firm to get comfortable. I don't know if they have different mattresses in different rooms, but I'll likely not return due to that alone knowing other options in town have far more comfortable beds (for me). Otherwise, it was a nice hotel for the money with no other complaints.

Just a stop along the way on a long road trip. Hotel was fine and I’d probably stay there again. My room was a little beat up with dents and a small hole in the bathroom door. They weren’t full so I don’t know why they put me in a room with obvious damage - it makes a bad impression.

Walls between rooms have no sound barrier in them. Felt like our neighboring room guests were in our room.

Would have given it 5 stars, but we had to listen to the people above us running around the room. Next time we stay there, we will ask for the top floor.

Booking the hotel was fast and easy via hotels.com. The greeter at the check-in desk was not friendly at all. There was is never a hello. She appeared to have an attitude the entire process. She rudely told my husband he needed a key for the restroom and I was trying to check us in.

Overall stay was very good. Rhonda was very courteous and polite and made the breakfast experience a pleasant one.

Quick and easy, front desk got me situated quickly.

I lost an envelope that you could easily tell was a card. Lots of wedding venues in the area. So in all probability there would be money in envelope. The staff found it and kept it at front desk. I called them after checking out and they told me they had found my envelope. I'm very grateful for their service and I was able to retrieve my envelope with the cash enclosed. Honest employees get my thanks

We were double charged for our stay. The gentleman at the counter tried to say it was normal practice to hold the amount for the room stay and also charge the same amount on our card…we were supposed to be charged 232.00 for one night, and instead have 2 charges of 232.00. I stay in hotels very regularly and have never heard of this policy other than typically a small amount held for incidentals. He was not willing to credit us and said one of the charges was just a hold and would eventually fall off. 3 days later it still has not. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.
