Check in was horrible as we waited in the rain for two hours without anybody contacting us and no instructions for checking in. The second night we were out the internet and the third night we were waiting in the dark for one hour to get into the house as the door wasn’t open for us ( because of the out of the battery).

昨年宿泊して、良かったので、今年も宿泊しました。今年は、食パンのサービスがあり、とてもおいしくいただきました。 コーヒーを買って飲もうとしたら、湯呑みしかなかったので、マグカップがあったらよかったなと思いました。 あべのハルカスも近く、通天閣も近く、買い物しやすいです。駐車場がないので、何回も出入りする度にお金がかかるので、なんとかならないかなと思います。

ホテル名にもなっているつぼ湯が最高でした。更にはサウナ付き、ホテルとはいえ貸切で本格的家族温泉が楽しめるいいホテルでした。 おそらく古民家を改装されたのだと思いますが、昔ながらの趣が良く残されておりいい雰囲気で快適な旅となりました。 このホテルに巡り会えて良かったです。次も大阪旅行の際はここにします！
