The pool area and Gym are really nice. The room smelled of mold. There wad a spot light shining into the room all night so the curtains didn't keep out much light. We booked a suite because it advertised a separate room but it was just a regular room with a couch and a desk.

This Hotel is for the locals, the location is good, parking is limited, internet is good, shower area is very small, closet is small with just 3 hangers offered, there are mosquitoes. Es un edificio bonito pero quizás las habitaciones necesitan modernizarse un poco. En general, la habitación es muy amplia, pero el baño es pequeño. Estábamos en el bajo y nos entraba poca luz natural. Además, entraban mosquitos no sabemos de dónde. El desayuno es buffet pero te lo sirven los camareros, así que es un poco molesto tener que pedir si quieres más o menos de esto y de aquello… La primera noche estuvimos recibiendo llamadas al teléfono de la habitación y nadie contestaba. No supimos por qué pero descolgamos el teléfono el resto de las noches.

The hotel was old but had plenty of character. The air conditioner in our room did not work and the refrigerator smelled so bad we could not use it. The front desk was not receptive to any complaints and even ignored me totally when I approached them to state my concerns to them. The front desk people are terribly fude.

It was a beautiful historic hotel. The location was lovely, within walking distance of the park and a market. They had a beautiful pool that was quite freezing. I don't understand why a hotel would provide a beautiful pool, with water that is too cold to go into. My room was comfortable however the hotel was not full and the view from my window was looking out at a concrete wall. No view

Hotel may have been okish 30 years ago, but is now sad, gloomy, ugly and not well maintained. The breakfast is besides an absolute disaster, one star level (you get polystyrene cups for the coffee, the food is disgusting, the service is a appalling…). There are better alternatives in town (see ciudad de David, for instance).
