Very spacious rooms and good Security. Wifi isnt great in the room but good downstairs in the lobby. You have to request a refrig and safe if you want one in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Decent hotel for the price, good location, friendly staff that will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Condition of the hotel is a little disappointing though. Rooms feel run down. Pool area is nice. Breakfast buffet is overpriced at $30 per person. Overall just about OK

we found a roach. the hotel looks better in the pictures, we actually checked out and went to the ibis. our bags were delayed but was sent to the hotel, they stayed there for almost 2 weeks before they were sent to us, all our electronics were stolen from our suitcases.

It was a very convenient location - walkable right in the city center. The rooms and bathroom are definitely outdated, but for the price it’s manageable.

Half the plugs in the room didn’t work, lighting in the room after dark was not great but just was not clean at all and bathroom was falling apart. As soon as you left the property we surrounded by people begging for money and grabbing on you. Pictures look way better than what you get. $50 a night hotel at most.

I enjoyed my stay at Nairobi Safari Club. The staff were friendly especially Abby. I had a breakfast issue bcoz I made my booking online but she handled that issue professionally. The only downside is that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Rooms and bathrooms can use a facelift and the towels are too old and worn. For that caliber of a hotel, newer towels is a small price to pay. I look forward to going back there in a near future.

Half the plugs in the room didn’t work, lighting in the room after dark was not great but just was not clean at all and bathroom was falling apart. As soon as you left the property we surrounded by people begging for money and grabbing on you. Pictures look way better than what you get. $50 a night hotel at most.

Very spacious rooms and good Security. Wifi isnt great in the room but good downstairs in the lobby. You have to request a refrig and safe if you want one in the room. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Decent hotel for the price, good location, friendly staff that will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Condition of the hotel is a little disappointing though. Rooms feel run down. Pool area is nice. Breakfast buffet is overpriced at $30 per person. Overall just about OK

Nestus makes, without question, some of the best cocktails in Nairobi — every drink is made with real skill, personality and passion. The breakfast is also outstanding, genuinely the best breakfast I’ve had anywhere in Nairobi. A special thank you to Ezkiel, who made every morning such a great experience. I also want to personally mention Irene and Florence, as well as the entire team. What makes this hotel special isn’t only the rooms, food or facilities — it’s the people. You feel genuinely welcomed, looked after and at home from the moment you arrive. After experiencing several places in Nairobi, I can confidently say that this is my favorite hotel in the city. Overall, I enjoyed my 4-day stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff at Reception area and in the restaurant serving breakfast were professional and hospitable. The management team quickly relocated me to a new room when a maintenance issue arose. I would recommend choosing a room that doesn't face the main room in front of the hotel.
