An unforgettable stay – simply the best hotel experience I’ve had in Nairobi. A huge thank you to Ashraf and the entire management team for making my stay truly magical. As a matter of fact, I ended up extending my stay — because it was simply too difficult to leave! The hospitality here is exceptional. Nestus makes, without question, some of the best cocktails in Nairobi — every drink is made with real skill, personality and passion. The breakfast is also outstanding, genuinely the best breakfast I’ve had anywhere in Nairobi. A special thank you to Ezkiel, who made every morning such a great experience. I also want to personally mention Irene and Florence, as well as the entire team. What makes this hotel special isn’t only the rooms, food or facilities — it’s the people. You feel genuinely welcomed, looked after and at home from the moment you arrive. After experiencing several places in Nairobi, I can confidently say that this is my favorite hotel in the city. The service, atmosphere, food, cocktails and, above all, the people make it somewhere you genuinely don’t want to leave. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. Thank you, Ashraf, Nestus, Ezkiel, Irene, Florence and the entire team for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be back.

Overall, I enjoyed my 4-day stay in this centrally located hotel. The staff at Reception area and in the restaurant serving breakfast were professional and hospitable. The management team quickly relocated me to a new room when a maintenance issue arose. I would recommend choosing a room that doesn't face the main room in front of the hotel.
