Non cooperative staff

This property is located near zones 1 to 3 and is slightly off the main road, which kind of works in its favor as its away from the town hustle bustle if anybody wishes a quiet retreat. We were putting up in the luxury cottage which felt small but you get used to it as basic amenities were available. The staff were very hospitable, kind and helpful. The food was also very good, starting your day with a mix of Indian breakfast. If you like bird watching and astro-photography then you will like it more as the night sky during December was clear and the hotel has a nice farm house from where photography during the night becomes exciting. Also the hotel can organize day trips around the area. All an all we had a very pleasurable stay at the hotel.

The room was not clean, pillows had stains on, sheets were dirty. If it wasn’t for the fact we only had a few hours to sleep and leave again easy morning, I would have checked straight out. Looks nothing like the pictures Had a loud wedding going on in the hotel that we could hear until 5am. Service and check in was rubbish, not welcoming at all. Do not bother staying here
