Kids running around until 10 pm. A dog barking every morning. Room was sufficient but it felt like I was in the basement. Large bathroom with a shower and no tub. Parked in front of room. Door bolt lock was broken. Sometimes the regular latch would not work unless I banged on the door.

Noise was a factor, outlet where I plugged in CPAP didn’t work right. Bed frames were noisy. Shower is small. Found the room. To be modern and moderately comfortable. Exterior of facility was aged however rooms were modern.

Rooms were somewhat updated but ceiling was peeling and disgusting. Outside was in shambles. Would not recommend!!! Spend extra money and get a decent hotel

Clean and tidy for the price. Firm bed which is a plus in our situation. Cool room and close walk to gas station. All in all a good hotel to spend the night.

Room was clean but no shampoo. Lots of men sitting around outside. Some drinking beer. Not nice place for a family or women traveling alone. Lots of weekly renters. Condition of buildings outside was bad at best.

Hotel room recently remodeled and looked good but the smell I. The room was terrible. Towels did not look clean as they had a brown/rust color in them. Mini refrigerator ice box was caked with ice and needed defrosted. Room items were not clean such as soap dish in the shower, floor seemed to be dirty. Pillows need to be replaced as they have a musky smell to them.

Bioked a king size studio. Arrived to hotel. Was told we never had that riom. And wanted to give me a double bed. Pulled up booking info. Ssod i was going elsewhere to cancel my stay. Ohnthey found a king size. Didnt have a table or desk like advertised. Smell of weednseeping in room made unbearable to sleep in. Will never go back or recommend.

This hotel is an embarrassment to RedRoof. My husband and I booked a room for 6/20 after a concert. I booked the hotel through hotels.com, where the room looked decent for the price and for the quick stay we were needing. We booked a King non smoking room. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke oozing from our room as soon as we opened the door. The entire room was stained yellow and the odor was so strong. The room was dirty and also had a duct taped conjoining door. (Someone duck taped that door, took a step back and said “that’s perfect!?) nothing makes you feel more safe than a duck taped door 😂 the room also had two queen beds when it was supposed to have one king. (That isn’t even a big deal. But it wasn’t the room we reserved and paid for) Anyway, we checked in around 1145pm and checked out about 5 minutes later. I felt Dirty and unsafe in that room. When i went to the front desk, i politely explained we’d be checking out for the night. She was kind and asked why and when I explained the situation, mainly the cigarette smoke- she said “that isn’t a smoking room.” I replied With “oh, it must be. The room is stained yellow. I was in there for less than 5 minutes and I smell like cigarette smoke.” Then she asked if the room had ashtrays and when i said “yes”, she said she couldn’t do anything for me but could give me a “really powerful air freshener.” I told her that wouldn’t be necessary and checked out and we left.

Room smelt like pot. No curtains. People live there.loud noises from room above all hours of the night. Bed was hard. Roach bug in the shower the next morning. Room door would not lock .. you had to use something sharp to pop it out . Looked like a handicap room . Room was non smoking. I will not stay in one of these again..

When you're looking for a low-cost motel, you can't go in expecting the Ritz. The room was clean, the walk-in shower was nice but tiny, and the AC worked. I think I got a new mattress though as I believe you could have stuffed an NFL offensive line on it without it flexing at all so sleeping wasn't really accomplished as at 49, I can't sleep on one of those anymore.

The woman at the front desk was very thorough and took time to explain the questions on the form I had to answer, the security deposit, checkout time and crediting the deposit back, etc. It was a lot of imformation but she kept it from not being overwhelming

Kids running around until 10 pm. A dog barking every morning. Room was sufficient but it felt like I was in the basement. Large bathroom with a shower and no tub. Parked in front of room. Door bolt lock was broken. Sometimes the regular latch would not work unless I banged on the door.

Nothing..please stay away ..folks live here permanently ..up n down all nite ..no sleep weird stuff goin on ....the lady at front desk is awesome ..friendly respectable ..best and only part of this stay was meeting her

Noise was a factor, outlet where I plugged in CPAP didn’t work right. Bed frames were noisy. Shower is small. Found the room. To be modern and moderately comfortable. Exterior of facility was aged however rooms were modern.

Room smelt like pot. No curtains. People live there.loud noises from room above all hours of the night. Bed was hard. Roach bug in the shower the next morning. Room door would not lock .. you had to use something sharp to pop it out . Looked like a handicap room . Room was non smoking. I will not stay in one of these again..

Rooms were somewhat updated but ceiling was peeling and disgusting. Outside was in shambles. Would not recommend!!! Spend extra money and get a decent hotel

Clean and tidy for the price. Firm bed which is a plus in our situation. Cool room and close walk to gas station. All in all a good hotel to spend the night.

Room was clean but no shampoo. Lots of men sitting around outside. Some drinking beer. Not nice place for a family or women traveling alone. Lots of weekly renters. Condition of buildings outside was bad at best.

Breakfast is no longer included, which was a surprise, and disappointing, seeing as this was part of the reason we stayed. Wires were exposed and furniture was stained...I would avoid in the future!

It's an ok place if you're in a situation like we were where you just need a place to lay your head for a few hours & shower but anything beyond that is a no. There was a large bin of trash, not trash bags, smelly, fly ridden trash...at the bottom of the stairs that we needed to pass to get to our room. There was a fly in our room. The bedspread smelled like cigarette smoke. The air conditioner unit was leaking and left a pool of water I almost slipped on when I entered. The place advertised free breakfast but based on the condition of the building I didn't even want to investigate at their offerings. Overall, I do not recommend.

The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.
