Hotel El Libertador

Climatisation faisait bcp de bruit . Il y avait une énorme cheminée juste à côté de la fenêtre qui faisait beaucoup de bruit en permanence la nuit , impossible de fermer l’œil ! Au petit déjeuner , il y avait tellement de monde que le personnel n’avait pas le temps de recharger les plateaux c’était dévalisé tout de suite . Le jour suivant à partir de 16 h30 on a eu l’impression que la piscine devenait municipale tellement elle était envahie de personne et d’enfants , d’adolescents …. On a du fuir toute la ville avait débarquée pour goûter et prendre le maté …… du jamais vu !!!!!! Intolérable

1. The hotel staff treated you very dismissive 2. Place was filled with mold 3. The room was dirty. After we checked in we asked the cleaning person to go into the room as there were A. Toiletry wrappings still in the room B. No towels in the room C. Tables/night stands had a layer of dust. D. Literally the bathroom in general covered in mold and grime. 4. We asked for a matrimonial bed, we got twin beds. We had to go to the front desk to ask for that to be changed. They said they would fixed it. We went to dinner and it still was not fixed. 5. After showering the water was leaking out so our bathroom got semi-flooded. We asked for that to be fixed or change the room. They said it would be a quick fix… After coming form the iguazu falls all day… it was not fixed, it was still leaking. We asked for it to be fixed and changed from the room. They said they will fixed it. We went to dinner and our for a couple for hours. It was still not fixed. We demanded again to be changed from the room, we finally got a new room. They new room was less dirty but the bathroom was covered in mold. At all of this for on a 2 day trip. There was only 1 person that was nice from the staff. The rest was very rude and very “ugh attitude”. As we kept going to the front desk other customer where showing up for the same reason. The only thing this place has it’s the location but it is not worth it.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast time was chaos. Disorganized. It is a family hotel, so it is really noisy, lots of kids and teenagers around yelling in the pool and lobby area.

El personal 10 puntos , las instalaciones algo antiguas , mucho ruido , no sabíamos que era gremial , el desayuno muy bueno y completo , falta de wifi en los pisos , el lector de la tarjeta magnética tiene que estar al lado de la puerta del lado de adentro.

El elevador, Hay volumen el lugar bien ubicado es lo mejor pero me gusta la calidad y eso no lo vi. No estuvo mal pero 3 de 5 esta bien.
