Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vernon by IHG

The Hotel Front Desk Clerk was a lifeless zombie who one would believe was heavily sedated on drugs. Wrong person for the job. The hotel appeared to be a bit dated and worn out. The room was comfortable and clean. The AC unit for the room could not be adjusted so the room was HOT! Breakfast was good and well maintained. The staff member keeping up the breakfast did an excellent job.

Sure. Its winter. The heat worked great

It is a nice place to stay.

The pool looked like a bio hazard. Hot tub was green and pool was so murkey you couldnt see the bottom. Smelled like a 711 old dirty mop bucket. For 200 a night could of stayed somewhere much much nicer. The econo lodge for 70 a night has a much cleaner pool. Will not return to a holiday Inn if this was the standard
