My family ( two adults, three kids) booked a room with 1 king and 2 twin beds for one night, for an upcoming medical appointment. When we arrived there was dirt all over the walls, parts of the carpet had been lifted and started to rip. When we opened up the bed there was hair and dirt in the sheets. I called the front desk asking for house keeping to come change the sheets, but later they said they couldn’t reach them. While we were contemplating whether we were gonna stay or not, I found drug paraphernalia in the corner of the second room where my kids were going to stay. We promptly left the room, and asked for a refund. I have never stayed at a place that was so filthy and even unsafe for kids.

Well for what should be a budget friendly chain, $217 for 1 night was quite a shock considering the 1 queen bed room wasn't even an updated room. The halls smelt, there was stains on the carpet, and upon entering the room there was an even stronger odor. Once the ac ran for several hours and we ordered food, the smell dissipated. Now the tub was disgusting and after a 12hr drive the fact we wouldn't use the shower as there was a huge stain in the tub and the wallpaper was peeling all over the bathroom. It was just gross. The closet had no doors on it, but the closet doors were in the room off the hinges just hanging around by the fridge. There was a Juliette balcony that had no screen, so we didn't use it as bugs would definitely have free reign to enter. The hotel site said room service, but considering the restaurant attached is shut down not an option. Wasn't informed about any breakfast so I'm guessing that's not offered. If this was half the price I would kind of expect low end, but for over 200 would not recommend. They do not appear to care much about maintaining this property.

We booked a suite, and after a long drive, we were happy to have a spacious room to relax in. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive. The staff barely said two words to us, and it felt like the owner/property management takes very little pride in the property. The entire place was run-down and unkempt, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. The chairs and rug in our room had noticeable stains, and the dishes and shower were dirty enough that we didn’t feel comfortable using them. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the property that made the stay even less enjoyable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.
