Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong

Stayed at this hotel cos it is walkable to BTS station and shopping malls, Big C is just next door and platinum mall a short walk away. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, got some games to play at the lobby area and a gym as well. Will stay again in future.

It was my first time staying at a Moxy - it was super nice experience. Will definitely try and stay at one for other city breaks. Service and staff were exceptional and the basic amenities were spot on. The common area was nice to chill around in and socialise with others

Booking here at Moxy was a great decision. The hotel was new, modern and hip. Their bar reception was cool. Games like air hockey, foosball, etc were available and free to use. Rooms were big and spacious. I love the pink and black playful theme of the hotel. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Hotel was accessible to the malls thru a skybridge. Will book here again on my next BKK trip.

We had a great stay in Moxy. All installations are beautiful. Breakfast was really good, and the terrace really pretty. We enjoyed a lot our stay there!

Moxy is Highly recommended. Clean, very new facilities, great amenities. Love it.

What can I say about Moxy beside the best hotel I have ever visited ? The ony downside is Moxy does not have a swimming pool and the gym is a little small. Maybe that's the reason this hotel is not a 5 stars hotel. Here are a few reasins i love this hotel : - The lobby : Beautiful decoration with game tables, steps of stair and also unique concepts if the bar and the reception counter are the same. The minute we walked in the colorful lobby we felt so relax and welcoming by the staffs. - The outside dinning room is a plus especially at night time. Every corners are good for taking photos. They do have a menu if you want to try . - The elevator if you look at it from skywalk ( from platinum side) you will see pink color which is very cute - The staffs including room service people are polite and friendly. They also speak English so well. - The location : It is located right at the heart of Bangkok. From Moxy I can walk straight to Central World, Big C or Platinum. Even Siam Paragon or Piers 111 are not far away for a walk. You should try Cha Tra Mue at front gate of Big C, it has variety of selections. - The room : It is bit small but I still feel very comfortable sleeping then waking up and i can see Bangkok throught the huge window. Overall this hotel is nothing fancier than any other hotels i have ever visited but its decoration and the vibe made our trip the most memorable visit in a long time.

The location to all the major shopping areas, there's lots of facilities (games, pool table, etc) to keep us happy when in the hotel. Also accessibility to the link bridge to the malls is a godsend! Rooms are clean, staffs are really friendly. Would highly recommend for family travelling with kids/teenagers.

Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong I had a pleasant stay at Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong. The breakfast was good, though adding a bit more variety would make the morning experience even better. The Moxy crew truly stood out — friendly, attentive, and exceptionally helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, although slightly on the smaller side. However, the hotel’s fantastic location more than makes up for it, with major shopping malls and attractions just a short walk away. Overall, a great choice for travellers looking for convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality.

The location is great! However, the room is smaller than Glow Shibuya hotel and there’s not enough room for table and chair. The room is generally clean, however we noted that there’s some small drain flies in our room. Staff were friendly and helpful!

This hotel is very close to Central World and just next to Big C. There are connecting bridges to these two malls. The staffs were nice and helpful. However, I wouldn’t recommend this to my friends. And here are my unpleasant experiences: 1. The shower didn’t have enough water supply. The amount of water could only barely wash my hair. 2. The water temperature was extremely unstable. It were very hot and cold during I was having a shower!!! 3. There was no individual door for the bathing area. A lot of water split on the floor. I would like to say thank you to all the staff members. Hope your hotel would improve service

I stayed for a couple of nights at Moxy, and I had the best time! First, the room. Loved the decor, the view was great, and most importantly, it was super clean and nice-smelling. Second, the location can't be beat. It's right next to the Big C, across from the CentralWorld, and a short walk to the Platinum Fashion Mall! Everything that I needed was within easy reach. And, finally, the staff. They were super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay at the Moxy again!

I had a terrible stay experience at the hotel as there was consistently no hot water provided for showering, despite paying USD120 for a one-night stay. It was impossible to enjoy a proper shower with hot water. Even after calling Engineering to check, they only claimed that the water supply was normal.

Didn't like the shower- intermittent hot water, temperature not constant. More hooks in the bathroom would be nice. The shower screen could be longer as the water splashes out onto the floor during showering.Otherwise, the room is very good.

Room is cleaned and cleaning staff worked very fast. Amenities are always topped up and reception staff are very polite and helpful

The best part about Moxy is their staff and professionalism. Funky decor and fun vibe in the common areas. The room could be bigger in size, just to have some extra space for luggage but overall compact and had amenities needed. Amazing location close to shopping and more.

Perfect staff, clean room, cozy hotel, good restaurant. Aspects that could be improved even if not very impactful: a door to prevent water going too much outside shower area, acoustic isolation (corridor mainly). I also found the price a bit expensive for the room size in Bangkok. I would come back there.

As there is no closet for hanging clothes, it was not comfortable. clothes hanger is on the wall of room and fridge is too small.

整體都很滿意。 只是房間內沒有枱凳，如果在Mini Bar下可以放張可移動的方型枱，就最好啦！

No wardrobe; only hooks for hanging clothes. Would be great if there is a desk and at least one chair for guest’s use inside the room. No iron in the room as well. A little inconvenient having to go to the common ironing room on lobby level. Bed was comfortable though. Nevertheless still an enjoyable stay. Best part is its location - food, shopping and massage within walking distance!

Soundproofing was quite bad, this was my 2nd stay at the hotel; the first stay in November was fine but this trip was quite bad. I could hear my opposite room talking and closing of door in the middle of the night. Bed was slightly harder than usual.

Check in - was swift and the staff explained the check out hours, breakfast hours, short cut to the malls nearby. The lobby looks vibrant, so are the staff who are very friendly and approachable. Room 1 (Moxy Queen 18sqm) - i personally find it compact for my size but it’s not that bad. Love that they provide conditioner as well. The surprise came on NY’s eve when we saw drones outside our windows and got a full and good view of the drone show which was part of the NY countdown by the mall opposite. Room 2 (Moxy Deluxe 36 sqm) definitely prefer this spacious room at the corner which comes with a living and dining area, separate from the bedroom. Breakfast - didn’t have time nor stomach space to try them so I can’t comment. My likes - the location, clean rooms and 24-hour gym and excellent and prompt service from the crew including housekeeping staff! My feedback: - The bathroom comes with a wet and dry area but without a shower curtain or door made it messy as the dry area got wet and slippery after showering. There was a rubber mat and bath mat but it was still messy. - would be nice if there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. - there were multiple hooks around the room to hang but the hangers are looped, not hooked. (Tips: bring travel hangers and hanger extender if you are the sort who prefers to hang the clothes to ventilate before storing) - would Moxy consider a laundry room for guests in future or have in-room washer/dryer in bigger rooms?

Great staff! Very friendly and helped in every way possible. Location is great and very close to public transportation and shopping. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Will stay again next time we are in town!!

I booked two rooms at Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong with specific requests: one was to have my parents’ room next to ours, and the other was to arrange something special for a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, neither of these requests was fulfilled. These details were clearly mentioned in advance during the reservation process, and I had hoped the hotel would pay attention to them. While the overall stay was decent, not meeting these expectations really let us down, especially since it was meant to be a special family trip.

The location of the hotel is the best you can find in Bangkok. So close to all major malls. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Personally, i think the bathroom should be cleaned differently. You can see white stains of the cleaning materials on black floor. The room is really nice and comfortable. We had a little issue with housekeeping mixing our own personal towels with hotel ones and took them. And also had issue with cleaning matters. In both cases the managers took it seriously and came themselves to take care of matters. They replaced my towels and apologized. Not making me feel uncomfortable or responsible. They did everything to solve the situation with a smile. At first i was upset but they were so kind and really tried to help and not dismiss me so i couldn't be more greatful. So thank you for your hospitality and help. We will visit again, for sure.

The impression the staff creating is like you are stepping into club med, where the staff are all being VERY helpful, even the smallest issue or question u may have.

Hotel was good. Only think sorely lacking was lack of shower facilities for guests who have checked out and want to freshen up before heading to airport. Wanted 5000 bhat for a late check out. Very disappointed in that approach. Putting money before guest welfare.

lobby area activities. games and bonding opportunities. staff helped to celebrate my youngest birthday with cake and birthday song. Want to shout out to Tuerg, Benz, Yumi, Olive, Jojo, Maniah, Jurre, Eh Eh, William, Donut, Sense, and the others at check in. do note of challenges if you over pack.

I looked to see if there was a Moxy in Bangkok, because I’ve noticed they always have excellent locations. This Moxy did not disappoint. Not only did it have a massive supermarket next door it also had a big mall across the street. Since I only had 1 night and didn’t want to research food locations and neighborhoods, I chose this location that was beautiful, clean, and great service.

First time to stay in this hotel. Very good location and easy access to anywhere in the Siam area. Shopping, eating .. all in mins with linking of the bridge system. Comfort hotel.

Best location you can find. It is right across from Central world. Next to Big C, 4 mins walk to four face Buddha. Walkable to money exchanges. McDonalds 24 hours. Massages places, famous chicken rice and all walking distances. Loft bed can sleep 4 total anf 2 on the Queen size bed, plenty of room for a family of 6. Staff are young and energetic. I personally love it and will definitely return

I will come back for sure just because of the location and service. The only reminder is the entrance of the lobby. It took my driver from the airport extra 30mins to circle around without getting it so I had to walk w my luggage from the street next to it

Loved this hotel. Fun and funky atmosphere, unique design elements, central location, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the indoor outdoor lounge area, and breakfast buffet was excellent.

Overall nice place to stay. The hotel interiors look young and trendy. Also, light games in the lobby were fun. Location facing central mall which was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly. Good breakfast selection.

It’s a very new hotel and we had a very long stay of 11 nights there for work and vacay. The staff are generally very young but very accommodating and worked really hard to make sure our stay was as comfy as possible for us. I guess the only thing we weren’t too pleased about were related to equipment and policies that’s not related to the staff in general. The coffee machine never worked everyday throughout our during breakfast and that machine honesty isn’t catered for buffet headcount. Shower tend to get cold and hot and some weird policy of not allowing camera within the hotel and my colleague was told to keep his camera but handphones are allowed. But throughout our stay we see so many with serious photography gears shooting anything and everything in the hotel. We would like to point out Ms Mild (F&B Manager) & Ms Nat(Front desk Manager) for listening and actually took our words seriously and did changes as much as they could. Mr Bond from the bar that’s always so helpful, smiling and always remember what we liked. Chef Mind’s local cuisine is to die for every morning and he’s always so kind and thoughtful. It’s a waste it’s not in the menu for lunch and dinner until we were leaving. House keeping not only cleans our room perfectly well but fast. Location of the hotel is great as it’s the first time we are staying there and no regrets. It’s a must stay if u are around Centralworld . Rooms are not big but enough with great view. Love the modern designs and vibe.

Moxy was a new experience in Bangkok but it suprised us very positive. Excellent location, good service and wonderful staff. The best what we have get in Bangkok. Casual feeling! It's new and everything works well. The breakfast was excellent and runs well👍. Only negative was missing smoking corner in the balcony. We'll come back!
