The best parts of staying in this hotel were breakfasts and friendly staff. I didn't give it “excellent” rating because there was no hair conditioners in the bathrooms, we have to pay for extra water, and one of a few elevators were often out of service which added a lot of waiting time for people and crowded elevators. Also, they only have a limited number of umbrellas on the beach and they were always taken. So I don't think this hotel is “5” star hotel.

5성급의 품격과 시설은 충분히 갖추고 있습니다. 수영장과 서비스는 흠잡을 곳이 없고 방도 사진과 같이 아주아주 크고 좋습니다. 다만 작은 미쓰들이 조금씩 쌓여서 10점 주기는 어렵네요. 방에서 흙냄새같은 물냄새가 약간 납니다. 제가 같이 묵었던 모든 일행들의 방에서 똑같았는데, 제 방은 침구중 베게 딱 1개의 커버에서 베트남 특유의 흙내같은 물냄새가 났어요. 그외엔 엘리베이터 좀 몰리는 정도지, 전체적으로 좋았습니다! 아 그리고, 현급 디파짓 필수네요. 늦게 취소해주는 카드보단 훨씬 나은데, 사전에 모르고 가서 현금없어서 한화랑 달러로 했습니다 ㅎ

We arrived around midnight to check in. The staff greeted us warmly. We felt very welcome. They brought all of our luggage up to our room so that we could relax. We used laundry service a couple of times. They did an excellent job of cleaning our clothes. What a welcome service when you are staying for a week. My favorite part of the day was the breakfast buffet. Hot fresh coffee. Always a hot vietnamese soup being served. There's a good variety of food just in case you aren't used to Vietnamese food. And the view was so beautiful. Every staff we encountered was friendly. They work so hard here to make you feel like you are getting a 5 star treatment. I appreciated that it's a block behind the beachfront hotels because it's a little quieter. The street that it is on isn't as busy. The pool and gym were bonuses. This was our second stay here and I don't think I'd pick any other hotel. It's so close to everything yet a little quieter.
