Peterborough Inn & Suites Hotel

Leider war meine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Bitte nicht getauscht. Am ersten Tag war ein Eishockey Club mit vielen Jugendlichen im Hotel, die sich an keine Ruhezeiten gehalten haben. Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht täglich gereinigt.

Meh.

I had to move rooms because there was hair in the shower and someone's belongings. After moving rooms, I woke up and there were bugs in the sink and tub. The staff was not very helpful. They just said they would speak to the manager. I have stayed here several times. This happened prior but I thought I would give them another chance. The location is good but they have a serious issue regarding cleanliness and customer service.

I would not recommend going to this hotel. The beds need to be updated. There are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever been in the bathroom was disgusting. The elevator smelled like it was gonna catch fire. The lights in the ceiling were really dirty. The air conditioner is a joke. The air conditioner was filthy and did not work. It was hot as hell. The bathroom needs to be updated and definitely some new caulking.

The location of the hotel is excellent.
