Great property but far from Pearson and no shuttle.

Staff are great, breakfast isn’t bad, work out room is bad 3 old machines. Had to call to get my AC turned on.

The booking assured me there was a shuttle but there was none. Cost $108 in taxi fees. Very upset

A good hotel, excellent accomodations, rooms very well equiped, but the indoor swimming pool was not climatized, really cold water. The area around the hotel is under constructions.

Shuttle service to and from the airport would be convenient

We got storm stayed and thought we would puck a hotel with a pool. When we got here we were told there under construction. Disappointed 😞

The kids loved having the pool and the free breakfast. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was okay and pretty standard for a hotel Breakfast. The only issue we had was that the hotel does not have a pool at all despite the website advertising that there is an indoor pool. We chose this hotel because it was affordable and had a pool.

The AC worked well. The room and toilet were very clean. Everything was generally clean.

The rooms were dirty came inside to the smell of stale coffee that wasnt mopped of the floor washrooms werent clean got a second room for the first inconvenience to walk into a dirtier room without the coffee crumbs everywhere dirty floor not even mopped worse experience ever from a hotel

Very clean. Love the small pillows. Bed was super comfortable. Has a microwave and fridge and included breakfast though I left to early to try it.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. While I was lying on the bed, I found a cockroach under me on the bed itself! It was shocking and completely unacceptable. When I called the manager, he said it was “not a big deal” and hung up on me without offering any help or compensation. This is not the kind of service or hygiene anyone expects from a hotel. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service.

Normally i have a flawless stay here, but in room 209, the bathroom smelled moldy/mildew. Had to keep the door closed so it doesnt smell in the main room.

We arrived in the evening of Dec 5/ 25 for a 1 night stay after driving 6 hours with a child. We were all tired and went to bed. I went out for a vape at 1030 pm and went straight to bed. In the mid morning while having breakfest my husband sent me a photo of something that was under our bed turned out that it happened to be a discarded condom with a wrapper and another condom that had been used. I went downstairs immediately and complained to the night clerk, stating that I was not paying for my room as that was disgusting. And that I had a 7-year-old staying in that room. That night long story short, the front desk manager decided to tell me that I was only going to get $30 as a return. And that the manager was in the hospital and could not come to see me after I had asked to speak with him after talking with him. 4 over a 1 an hour, I called Expedia explained everything to them. They called said, yes, I was getting my money back. But yet comfort in in mississaga still stated.They were not going to refund me any money.Except for thirty dollars, then it went to fifty dollars.I said, no I then stated that I was going to reach out to media for this.As it's disgusting and they should be completely ashamed to even offer that the female lady then smirked at me.So did the knight clerk stating they weren't going to give you back the money after almost forty minutes of talking with expedia.And with the comfort in, I did manage to get a return, but then was threatened and told not

The room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was also nice. Hot water came quick and the shower was great. Breakfast had some good options, both hot and cold. Also the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Floors were sticky Clogged toilet Hair in bathtub Dust and dirt in corners and surfaces Was noisy in the night and had a 2 AM wrong number phone call that woke me and my family up Terrible. Will never go back.

There was construction going on outside the property and the entrance was cut in half. The room had weird smell, like it had not been opened for a few days. There were hair in the bedding. Fridge in the room was gross, colour of the fridge door faded and the door itself coming apart. The couch in the room looked like from the 80s. Not very pleasant experience.

Great stay, clean room newly updated, breakfast was standard continental, not much interaction with the staff as we had no complaints

I don’t like pillows it’s not comfortable, very hard and beds are very soft.

Air conditioner was so loud ..couldnt get to sleep with the noise..took me awhile

Quick overnight stay but currently the area is within a major construction boundary. Seems like the hotel is within the flight path for Toronto International Airport as there were quite a few planes flying directly over the hotel. The staff were friendly and breakfast was included which was good. Unfortunately, I am a light sleeper so the noise of the planes and being beside the elevator didn’t help. If you need quick access to major highways then this hotel will be quite convenient.

Beds were comfortable but room is outdated.

The hotel is located right beside the street and my room was facing the street, so the noise from cars driving by would affect to our sleep at night. The pillows aren't soft, so we weren't felt comfortable when we slept. The A/C has the auto fan function but it's not really worked, it liked turn-off function.

Booked this as a stop gap over the Christmas holidays. Be aware the "distance from airport" is deceiving...perhaps that refers to the furthest edge of Pearson...it's about a 20 minute drive to the airport from here. The rooms are not well soundproffed so sleep may be disturbed ...bring earplugs The room was clean but you get what you pay for The

Too much noise from guests. Staff did nothing to abate the noise. Seems they are from the same ethnicity.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Replaced our fridge no questions asked as it wasn’t keeping things cold. Good breakfast.

The room was good with comfortable beds, breakfast was decent and the staff were really helpful. We left behind few valuable items upon checkout and when we called the hotel the staff took possession of it and held the items for us to collect later in the day.

The staff was outstanding! The person on the desk was very friendly, efficient, patient and accomodating. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful and took great care of my room. The breakfast room was well-stocked with fresh and cooked breakfast items. The only negative was the road construction going on around the hotel. Detours made it difficult to find with gps but once figured out, it was no problem.

This was our last stop on a seven day holiday visit before we headed home. We were travelling with two service dogs. The man at the counter ignored us for four minutes after making eye contact with us before finally asking us what we wanted. We were informed they didn’t accept pets even though both dogs were clearly wearing service vests and leashes. He asked for proof that they were service dogs. He gave us a room on the first floor, highway side, in the middle of a construction zone. A coworker came up when he was checking us in and said something to him about the construction and he said “oh the room will be fine for them”. The room was okay, not great but we were basically just there to sleep and head home. Someone knocked on our door at five thirty in the morning upsetting my dog who barked, waking everyone up. When we were packing the car we were stopped on the way out and asked what room we were in and again told dogs weren’t allowed. Again both dogs were clearly in their service dog vests and leashes. We felt so uncomfortable we didn’t end up going back in to eat breakfast and grab a coffee. We just left. I don’t think I will ever stay at a comfort inn again.

Check in was a disaster. Their machine wouldn’t take my credit card. They then wanted me to pay $200 for deposit. However they settled for $100 for a room deposit. Check out I had to wait for someone to go and check our room. Finally able to check out. When my deposit was refunded I was told it may take 3-4 business days to be in my account. I have stayed at a number of hotels, credit card in file has always been sufficient and have always been able to pay with debit. Not impressed whatsoever.

Hotel was well kept and service was great

Didnt get too stay every hotel ive been too has accepted my debit visa card for the deposit. The young women at the counter was very rude about it and turned me away when i asked too speak with a manager she grined at me and was incredibly condescending.

Whole neighbourhood was under construction and the hotel is very near the airport. That said, I had a good sleep so it was what I needed.

Staffs were excellent. It was located in a remote area, however if you have a car, it would not be a problem.

Lots of road construction going on during our stay. Our room wasn't serviced until the afternoon which meant that we were back from our excursions before someone showed up which wasn't great. The women in charge of breakfast were very nice and kept the area very clean.

A little pricey for the property. No OJ for breakfast. Property is a little tired.

Some construction nearby but nothing the hotel can be blamed for. The staff, the room and the breakfast were great. Worth checking out for sure

Food at breakfast is very low quality. Boiled eggs had a fish flavour accirding to two family members. Omlet tasted like it came from a box of powdered omelets etc. There was restaurant and no food nearby. There was coffee and real cream so that was good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

The bed and shower were comfortable but the doors were all very tight and ill fitting. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again.

Affordable and decent enough. Close to airport and friendly staff. Limited breakfast and food not always fresh so be observant.

Very convenient for my flight the following day, the cab was only about $30. Very clean and good breakfast options, I suggest the make your own waffles!! YUM
