Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Ogni giorno abbiamo preso un Uber per raggiungere e tornare da Toronto a 40/50 CAN$ a volta. Letti molto comodi, pressione della doccia ottima, tutto molto pulito. Solo la colazione non era all’altezza, nessuna frutta fresca ma soprattutto no acqua da bere. Quella del rubinetto è terribile, sapendo fortemente di cloro. Non vi sono supermercati nelle vicinanze. Diversi posti in zona per cenare, oppure semplicemente mangiare a Toronto prima di rientrare la sera. Per il costo, super consigliato!! (Pagato € 430,00 per 3 notti in camera con 2 letti queen -eravamo 2 adulti ed una bimba di 6 anni- ad Agosto 2024 durante i Canada Open di Tennis)

Where do I start with the complaints??? The elevator which is licensed for 8 people had a sign saying "limiter access only for 2 people at a time". It took almost a minute to go up or down two floors. And it made strange noises. This means the elevators are not maintained properly which is a huge safety risk. Their fire extinguisher was last physically checked in December 2024. They are 21 months late in their annual check as required by Ontario legislation. Serious safety and security risks at this place. I have photographs so there is no need for the hotel to deny it. They enrolled me into their loyalty program without my consent and did not reply when i messaged them about it. Looks like a loyalty fraud scheme to me. We declared ourselves as three adults in the room, yet they provided tea/coffee for one and towels for two. Seriously lacking in customer service. There was only one ice vending machine in the entire property and that too wasn't working. The room was very dull. There was no floor lamp to make it bright. Just one bedside lamp. If you're coming here for business, dont bother, you wont be able to do any work in this room with no floor lamps. No luggage racks in the room either! I cannot recommend this place to anyone! Horrible experience. Never staying here again. Serious health and safety risks here!!!
