The day before our arrival we contacted the property to have details about how to get there and get the key. They gave us the indications. I specifically wrote that we will be coming late. However, when we arrived at the property we found out that it has been leased to somebody else! We were without accomodation at 22:00! They basically told us that we were on our own. They tried to give us some addresses but they were either far from town or bunk beds with strangers! This is not the first time I have problems with VRBO. In the future I will try as much as I could not to reserve through you because the service is terrible.
