Stayed here many times it’s a great hotel in a good location. Staff are great and the hotel has some good facilities. If I had to give one point that annoyed me was how busy the gym was some days but that can’t be helped by the hotel. Will definitely stay here again

The breakfast was very good, the room was good, unfortunately, they had a water heater problem, so on the first day/night, they had no hot water in the shower. But otherwise, the room was great.

The property was great for what I needed for my business trip, unfortunately I did not have time to make use of the spa or gym so cannot comment on those. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was operating within a good time period. The food in the restaurant was great, especially with the Caipirinha which is the best one I have had so far (I've tried a few). Only negative for me was the rainfall shower head attachment to the ceiling was not great, there was a gap in the ceiling and the shower head was just resting on one side of the hole and was free to move around and has the potential to be unsafe.
