The hotel is old. The hotel is very clean. The food in the Agave restaurant is delicious. We came from McAllen to a procedure at Santander Hospital and we walk two blocks to the hotel…. Pharmacy are close and lots of doctors too. The border is very close too ( walking)

El ruido del bar de abajo es un poco molesto, el aire acondicionado es muy viejo y tarda años en enfriar.

The location and their facilities are the best in the area. Great restaurant and shuttle service to the airport.

Our stay was okay the buffet for the morning breakfast was the overall amazing that’s what keep us happy the people from there restaurant was so kind and friendly. But the hotel it’s self was not as we thought!!! The staff in the front was not friendly at all she didn’t seem like she wanted to help. Overall the hotel room smelled nasty like sewer and the room Wasn’t in good condition. But the hotel driver was very nice and polite! Also they did a good job on keep vehicles safe and the gate was close to prevent theft! So that’s something to take into consideration! But I hope they improve with maintenance for the room because those room smell nasty I couldn’t really sleep. Also improve with front desk staff.

Tuve una mala experiencia, llegue y el baño estaba tapado !! Le echaron unos quimicos y apesto el Cuarto los 3 dias.. la cafetera no sirvio, me la Cambiaron y tampoco sirvio.. ni siquiera se tomaron la molestia de checarla, no tenia el tubo que bombeaba em agua al area del cafe Bastante mala experiencia

El hotel está bien ubicado, la propiedad en áreas comunes está bien sin embargo las habitaciones ya están viejas y hay detalles en mal estado como lámparas rotas, toallas de baño realmente ya están descuidadas (amarillas y desgastadas) un tema de higiene en básicos.

Muy bien el hotel, solo las toallas ya no están blancas, ya son color crema y medio desgastadas de que son viejas. Vasos y tazas también deben de cambiarlos me toco varios despostillados.

En general bien, solo que las toallas estan muy percudidas.. no te da seguridad de saber si están limpias o no..

Todo excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la limpieza correcta, y muy amable todo el personal.

Excelente ubicación, buen servicio y atención. Un detalle fué que no servía la cafetera de la habitación, estaba incompleta en partes y la tv solo tiene tres canales muy basicos.

La habitaciones acusan el paso del tiempo y la Calefacción no funciona adecuadamente

No hay facilidades para facturar la estancia

El personal es muy déspota y parece que están enojados, principalmente recepción, no me quisieron facturar q porq no estaba el encargado y nunca me llegó mi factura, nunca me vuelvo a hospedar ahí

La verdad le falta mantenimiento puertas rechinan, de los baños el aire no es suficiente en los cuartos que no tienen mini split prefiero uno si tenga mini split.el personal Limpiezas no respeta los mensajes lo molestar en las puertas y hacen mucho ruido cuando andan habiendo limpieza desde temprano

las instalaciones son muy comodas y agradables, los espacios muy limpios y cuidados en excelencia, pero el personal de recepcion fue un tanto desatento y aunque le mencione que ya se habia pagado la habitacion desde mi app, me cobro nuevamente el servicio, y ahora deseo tener un reembolso, porque me hicieron doble cargo, uno en la app y otro en mostrador.

Hotel apparentemente pare bello ed elegante guardando la Hall, ma poi le camere sono normali e poco illuminate. Buffet colazione niente di ché e non tenuto pulito. Ristorante con scarso servizio e personale non professionale. Nela media hotel ha prezzi troppo alti, non consigliato

La vdd el hotel es bueno… creo que vale lo que cuesta … esta bien ubicado hay muchas cosas alrededor

Great location for medical stay grocery store and convenience store literally right around the corner .! Hotel is well kept and felt safe at all times would definitely stay there again .

Buen servicio, excelentes anfitriones y las habitaciones muy aceptables sin grandes detalles. Recomendaría más toallas disponibles. El servicio en restaurante es excelente aunque la variedad del bufete es un poco limitada. Buena opción para hospedarse en Reynosa

No hay agua caliente y no te dan toallas extras. La comida rica del desayuno y en el restaurante excelente atencion.

Going in was a beautiful building, front desk seemed friendly, and the restaurant attached to the hotel looked Lovely. Up until I checked in. I get my room key go in my room, TV doesn’t work, door doesn’t lock, they can’t change me to a new room. The staff mentioned they can send someone to fix the lock, no once came. Hours pass and I get hungry. I decided to do the smart thing and stay in the hotel bc keep in mind you’re in REYNOSA. I go into the restaurant in the hotel, Agave. Im told to seat myself so I do. I can’t feel eyes staring quite a bit. I ignore it unless it’s the waiter. He ask basic questions, what to drink. I get a NORMAL lemonade. I after taking a few sips I get a bitter tart aftertaste like some cleaning products. I believed it was probably dish soap or lousy dishwasher detergent. I get my food. I get tacos and they’re plain as can be with no seasonings in it at all. I can’t finish it only ate two bc I was starving. I drank HALF of my lemonade and still noticed a particular gentleman starting. I ignored him up until he came up to my table and looked at my dish then straight up stared at me. Only thing I did was a polite yet confused smile. He walks off. I start to feel uncomfortable so I pay and walk back to my room.I start to feel like I’m on an elevator as I’m walking and everything starts to spin. My legs are wanting fold. I get to my room and I’m nearly loosing consciousness until I make myself throw everything I consumed up.I stayed up until I left at7am
