We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse on the 4th floor.Only stairs and no luggage carts and no assistance. The hotel is worn down.This is really not a hotel with services.Its more like a college dorm that rents rooms. These were issues with our suite. Lock did not work Light bulbs out,light switches not working. Kitchen sink faucet detached Metal garbage cans in bathrooms and kitchen are rusted. Windows are filthy inside and out. Windows in bathrooms have no handle or lock and left open 24/7.Very cold bathrooms 3 TVs in suite no remotes for 1 day after check in. Shower water handles are rusted and leaking No blinds on windows Entry door is a sliding glass patio door to a stairway. Old nasty kitchen utensils. No paper towels Had to request water and coffee kits. The Staff We booked and PREPAID a package for 3 nights including breakfast and parking. Upon check in the clerk asked for a card to pay. After the back and forth about prepayment I gave him a different card and said I would dispute the first charge.They received a double payment.To date no refund. Breakfast is in another hotel restaurant on another street.They only tell you when your looking for the in house restaurant and realize there is none. If you dial 101 for the front desk they never answer.You have to go find someone,who is almost always on their cell phone outside.

Ubicado a 2 cuadras de la catedral, ideal para llegar caminando, puedes dejar tu vehículo en el estacionamiento que se encuentra a una cuadra de distancia, solo considera eso si llevas mucho equipaje, en nuestro caso no nos ofrecieron servicio de valet o bellboy. Cómodo de acuerdo a su precio.

Me gustó cada piso tiene un área de estar muy vintage, linda y comoda

Por WIFI, the TV control and phone in the room didn't work Pretty stander. No elevator. It was clean and the stuff were nice.

Excelente, solo que por estar en el centro, llegar por la tarde-noche es muy dificil

habitación sucia, con mal olor, el estacionamiento está en a una cuadra y nadie ayuda con las maletas, tocan las puertas a las 8:00am para entrar hacer limpieza, no dejan descansar, hacen ruido desde muy temprano.

Céntrico y todo queda perfecto para moverse a pie además de que cuenta con estacionamiento

Habitación con luz rara, olor a humedad o polvo, se escucha fácilmente los ruidos, la ubicación es buena

Muy bonito el hotel las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias.

Poner climas en las habitaciones mucho calor y sacudir había mucho polvo

Excelente las instalaciones de la propiedad, el personal, la limpieza, la distancia con el centro historico, pero muy mala señal de su internet deben mejorarlo.

Es un hotel antiguo pero limpio y tiene sus remodelaciones acordé con lo que te hace falta para estar cómodo nos quedamos dos noches se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones pero en general bien

Excelente ubicación, a 2 calles de la plaza principal, no me gustó mucho que para obtener agua caliente debes dejar tirar mucha agua para que salga la caliente.

They don’t have heaters in every room, great beds, bedding and pillows.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, excelente ubicación. Muy silenciosa.

My 3rd time I have stayed here. Love it!! Comfortable beds and great location.

Excelente ubicación, hotel bonito, limpio y el personal muy amable. Lo malo fue que la puerta tiene un cristal templado que cumple su función para que nadie te vea desde afuera, pero pasa toda la luz, no se puede dormir porque la luz del pasillo ilumina la recámara durante la noche, tuve que improvisar colgando unas cosas en la puerta, y lo otro, que el personal de limpieza hace muchísimo ruido arrastrando botes de basura y todo lo necesario para limpiar las habitaciones, se entiende y agradece mucho su trabajo pero uno va a descansar y te despierta muy temprano todo el ruido. Fueron 3 noches, las cuales ninguna pude descansar, por la luz o el ruido de personal.

Todo bien, solo las regaderas que no tienen mucha presión de agua y las camas son incómodas

La atención no fue tan buena, de ahí en fuera todo ok

Todo muy bien pero la bebida que pague de bienvenida nunca me la ofrecieron

Todo súper bien; desde el front desk, las camaristas, los cuartos, hasta el velador que nos abría la puerta en la madrugada .. Gracias!

El personal fue bastante amable, en especial el recepcionista que amablemente aguardo mi maleta en las instalaciones

Hotel was very nice. Well located. Amenities were good. I was pleased with my stay. One one ☝️ concern, desk staff in the morning wasn’t all that helpful as much as the evening staff. Lady at the front desk, I asked for help twice during my stay with my suitcase and with a fan request and she never delivered. She also overcharged me for laundry. Contrary to evening staff, super helpful and amazing with getting me a room fan and helping me with a TV issue. I would stay here again.

Viaje de trabajo con una estancia de 9 días intensos de trabajo el hotel fue ideal para descanso, conveniente por estar cerca de muchas opciones de restaurantes y el mismo hotel ofrece servicio de restaurante. La amabilidad de la recepción y todos es algo que resaltó.

La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, excelente ubicación. Muy silenciosa.

Good location at the historic old town centre, close to all the main tourist attractions with lots os dining choices

Ubicado a 2 cuadras de la catedral, ideal para llegar caminando, puedes dejar tu vehículo en el estacionamiento que se encuentra a una cuadra de distancia, solo considera eso si llevas mucho equipaje, en nuestro caso no nos ofrecieron servicio de valet o bellboy. Cómodo de acuerdo a su precio.

Perfect location downtown. Walking distance to just about everywhere of interest. Unless you are lazy I recommend to eat elsewhere. Food is “‘ok’ but cheap.

Muy bien. Hubiera sido perfecto, únicamente por 1 enchufe que estaba botado de su lugar, aunque sí daba corriente. Ademas, tal vez den como festivo a sus empleados el día 25, por lo que no se hizo limpieza ese día :(. Las instalaciones muy agradables a la vista, y en general, buen mantenimiento (salvo el enchufe mencionado). Comimos también en el restaurante del hotel y también estuvo muy bien.
