What a spectacular way to experience the Great North American Eclipse in April 2024! This spot was beautiful and so peaceful. The decks and outdoor amenities are perfect for taking in sunrise, the lake, the birds, thunderstorms and all that this gorgeous place has to offer. Inside was tidy, spacious and well stocked. The beds and furniture were comfortable and welcoming. Brent was an excellent host, and communication and logistics were smooth. Thank tou!

Awesome setup with different levels within the house and exterior decking. Boat house is a great setup too. Nice quiet getaway and would definitely like to make a summer trip.

Loved the lake house. Clean and spacious. Views of the lake were great. Family Loved sitting on the deck. Well stocked with wood for the fire pit. Icemaker and Infrared sauna were not working.

Very nice home on the water. Boat dock was really convenient for our boat too! Lots of game to play, grill was clean, and the beds were comfy. Will stay here the next time we are at Lake Sandlin.

Loved everything about this place. House was great - big enough for everyone with plenty of space. Pool table and games galore! Comfortable beds! Well stocked! Right on the lake with great views from almost anywhere in the house. we brought our boat and caught several fish! Mainly bass but also a catfish. The boathouse with the lift was a huge plus. Communication with the host was great! Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend!! -

The scenery was beautiful. The host had amenities I wasn't expecting which was great. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed so we were able to cook and grill. Loved the game room setup!

We absolutely enjoyed the cabin on the lake. We even caught some fish! We rented a pontoon for the day and got to tie it up at the dock. Very convenient! The house was very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything! The grandkids enjoyed fishing on the dock as well and loved the game room. Let’s not forget about the view of the lake.. it has the most amazing view! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing vacay on the water!

The location was perfect. Right on the lake. You can see the view of the lake from all rooms. The dock with its swings was perfect. The kayaks were a huge hit. The fire pit was well stocked with firewood. A very enjoyable time with family

This was our second year at this gorgeous lake house. Cannot begin to share all the wonderful memories we made, and how much we look forward to returning annually. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We were able to fish, kayak, swim, relax, hike, run, water balloon fights, obstacle course, cookie decorating, firepit nights, games the sky is the limit. Very nice home with breathtaking lake view. Clean and spacious with all you need for a relaxing getaway. Host was readily available. Area was great and located near point on lake where you are able to fish from dock. Really pleased with the decision to choose this site. Everyone enjoyed everything!! I will be back soon.

Overall it was good. Very clean upstairs. There were spiders and bottle caps downstairs under and behind the couches. Bottles caps under the couches upstairs, the soap bottles were empty in the kitchen and bathroom - we filled them up. Outside in the back there was a Coors Light beer can, flip flops in the yard and there is a HUGE wasp nest on the back corner of the house. My wife is allergic to bees so this was a constant concern. There was a boat parked in the driveway so the parking was minimal with 3 vehicles and our boat. The boat ramp is almost 15 minutes away so a key to the gate for the boat ramp right down the street would have been nice. The upstairs rooms were very nice and clean and the couch was comfortable.

The Host was quick when responding to any questions we had. The property had 2 living areas with plenty of space our family of 5 and a baby. We loved being able to bring our Boxers without any problems. Very thankful we could include the whole family on our weekend get away!

This is the second time we have stayed here an and absolutely love it! It is an oasis away from everyday life. It has something for everyone to enjoy and the owner keeps adding more fun things to do. Great house and great communication. We enjoyed our stay and loved the dock! The spiral staircase was a little steep but luckily I wasn’t staying in the room downstairs. I would definitely stay here again!!

This was a perfect choice for our family (three generations) to get together at the lake. Our stay was just what we wanted, a beautiful house, plenty of room, secluded, quiet, great dock for swimming and fishing. The house is fully stocked with everything you need so you never have to leave. Brent and Rosy were great hosts. Highly recommend.

My family (husband and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental. The house was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with ample storage space, dishes, and small appliances. My kids loved the downstairs room with the pool table and games. My husband enjoyed the sauna, even with hot Texas summer. The hosts were kind and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

My husband enjoyed the sauna, even with hot Texas summer. The hosts were kind and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

Awesome setup with different levels within the house and exterior decking. Boat house is a great setup too. Nice quiet getaway and would definitely like to make a summer trip.

Very nice home with breathtaking lake view. Clean and spacious with all you need for a relaxing getaway. Host was readily available. Area was great and located near point on lake where you are able to fish from dock. Really pleased with the decision to choose this site. Everyone enjoyed everything!! I will be back soon.

We absolutely enjoyed the cabin on the lake. We even caught some fish! We rented a pontoon for the day and got to tie it up at the dock. Very convenient! The house was very clean and well stocked. They thought of everything! The grandkids enjoyed fishing on the dock as well and loved the game room. Let’s not forget about the view of the lake.. it has the most amazing view! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing vacay on the water!

The location was perfect. Right on the lake. You can see the view of the lake from all rooms. The dock with its swings was perfect. The kayaks were a huge hit. The fire pit was well stocked with firewood. A very enjoyable time with family

Beautiful house. Fishing was great. Very quiet and relaxing. Wifi worked well. Pretty well stocked. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Will be returning.

This was our second year at this gorgeous lake house. Cannot begin to share all the wonderful memories we made, and how much we look forward to returning annually. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We were able to fish, kayak, swim, relax, hike, run, water balloon fights, obstacle course, cookie decorating, firepit nights, games the sky is the limit. What a wonderful host and property. Thank you Brent!

Overall it was good. Very clean upstairs. There were spiders and bottle caps downstairs under and behind the couches. Bottles caps under the couches upstairs, the soap bottles were empty in the kitchen and bathroom - we filled them up. Outside in the back there was a Coors Light beer can, flip flops in the yard and there is a HUGE wasp nest on the back corner of the house. My wife is allergic to bees so this was a constant concern. There was a boat parked in the driveway so the parking was minimal with 3 vehicles and our boat. The boat ramp is almost 15 minutes away so a key to the gate for the boat ramp right down the street would have been nice. The upstairs rooms were very nice and clean and the couch was comfortable.

Cabin was exactly as described and met our needs perfectly. It was a nice surprise to have a huge walk-in pantry as well for extra storage so everything wasn’t out on the countertops. The boathouse was also a highlight with the swings and fantastic views (and the ability to use the boat stall and lift was a must have for us so we’re thankful that was available as well!) We will definitely be coming back!!

The house has that great rustic, lodge feel with plenty of room inside, but we spent most of our time out on the massive patio and the dock. This property fits our family perfectly. We rented two paddles boards and used the kayaks provided for water fun. Fishing was wonderful, as we all spent time trying to catch something! The house was comfortable, well equipped kitchen and plenty to keep everyone from the 5 year old to the 66 year old happy. Thank you for sharing your property with us.
