Great hotel for the price. Clean and updated rooms. My sink was a little damaged but again for the price I wasn't concerned. Comfy beds and a nice view of the lake. Dog friendly and a short drive to one of the best dog parks in the country (Dog Island). Beat my expectations and was quite impressed.

Everything went well - the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. The hotel sits right on the river - they have a nice patio area out back where you can sit. Our room looked out that way, so we saw a great sunset. Ask for a room looking over the river if you can.

Beautiful lake veiw in our 2nd story room. Super helpful and friendly staff. Still doing remodeling, but the areas under repair were tidy. Biscuit and gravy AND waffles for breakfast. Close amenities for food and gas, but the other old side of town is cute to visit too. Be warned that restaurants in this town close early in general so try to plan check in no later than 8pm if youre hungry, and you can eat on the deck next to the water at this place.

Older hotel, but the improvements being made are very noticeable and are being prioritized well. The back courtyard area was lovely - the windows actually opened. Enjoyed my evening just relaxing. Excellent price point!

I asked for more towels, and they got them to me fresh from dryer, wich was good, but after traveling 14 hours , we just wanted to shower.. there was NO WATER PRESSURE and the toilet was not anchored to wall and screamed the WHOLE NIGHT. We called fromt desk and said thetr was nothing they could do. In the am went to try n shower, and there was ONLY cold water. I stated this upon checkout and the man didnt even apologize. They could have offered us another room. In our room also, the sink leaked from beneath, all over the floor so our socks got soaked. I went to get kleenex from kleenex box and they had left ONE!!

No hot water in the morning, seems like the water heater wasn't working or is not big enough for the hotel, because there wasn't that many people staying on the floor I was on and when I got up to take a shower @6:30 in the morning there wasn't any hot water, say there wait for like three minutes and nothing. If I pay $90 for a room I expect to be able to take a hot shower. Paying $90 for basically just a place to sleep is ridiculous.

We stay at this motel every year when we go to the NE State Fair. It’s always very clean; the staff is helpful and friendly and they have a nice breakfast assortment in the morning. It’s also very affordable. We will continue to come here.

Absolutely terrible hotel to stay at. We paid $250 for this hotel, and it should not cost over $50 regardless of what’s going on in town. Walls are paper thin and the hotel in general is very ran down and dirty. Due to state wrestling in Grand Island this weekend, we were unable to cancel our room and try and boom somewhere else. We will never stay here again

It was a well kept property the rooms were nice and clean and up kept, we had a rear facing room so had a beautiful view of the lake behind...only thing was there was a rain storm while we were there and the window was leaking a significant amount

Had an upstairs room with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed that. No elevator to 2nd floor so had do stairs. Was little noisy with a dog barking when it heard people.. staff were very friendly. Room was clean, bed mattress little harder than we would of liked.

Had a great stay over the course of the travel I usually never go on a long road trip but unfortunately I had to my dog Daryl was stolen from me back in September of 2022 by some people I knew and they refused to give him back. So after 1 year and 9 months the persons Atturney told her to give him back I had a journey of 3,854 miles round trip from Modesto California to Palmyra Missouri where the person lived that took my boy Daryl. I stayed in the Super 8 hotels along the way. I love their welcoming dogs and that is the biggest reason why I stayed. Other reasons are obviously that it was clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was inviting and staff were friendly and accommodating I felt it was Safe and convenient next time I go on an enjoyable road trip I will surly consider again staying at the super 8 hotels.

I liked that it was on the outskirts of Grand Island. Plus, it was near the Stuhr Museum. As for staff, breakfast, amenities, etc., My wife and I were more than satisfied.

Some of their breakfast had mold on it. Also the bathroom door in my room broke its door handle so I was trapped inside for awhile before the property manager came to open it. Good room pricing but their facilities should be better kept.

Everything went well - the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. The hotel sits right on the river - they have a nice patio area out back where you can sit. Our room looked out that way, so we saw a great sunset. Ask for a room looking over the river if you can.

Kinda nice backed up by sand pit . A bit peaceful. Breakfast cold sausage gravy, no eggs, nosweet pastry. Ok but ive had much better at Super 8

Just needed a bed for a few days. Breakfast was not the best...biscuit had mold in it and yogurt was outdated.

The place was great for the price. Everyone was very nice. Everything was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. The breakfast was the same every day… tasteless eggs and horrible gray.

Such a great stay. Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, great view from the back of the hotel. Would absolutely stay again.

We stay at this motel every year when we go to the NE State Fair. It’s always very clean; the staff is helpful and friendly and they have a nice breakfast assortment in the morning. It’s also very affordable. We will continue to come here.

The view of the pond was great. In general things were fairly clean but there was some water damage on one wall of the bathroom and the carpets felt a little sticky to walk on.

Well they put us in a room that had no deadbolt and they put tape on the door there was bedbugs and the windows was cracked open and it was broke and on the side of the sink was missing a piece and I brushed my hand on it the floors were not well cleaned still dirty bedding was gross

A friendly welcome as we arrived. Nice room, clean and the room offered the extra assess we needed with someone with trouble walking . We didn't go to breakfast, but we were informed of it when we checked in. Easy to travel to and from locations in the area.
