we were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely. Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage. The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room.

The room was a little dated but it was clean and even being on the ground floor with a sliding glass door (nice in the summer I’m sure), we felt very safe. Our vehicle was parked just a few feet away (easy to load and unload our vehicle). Staff very friendly. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Burlington. We do not use amenities so can’t comment on them. Breakfast better than normal “free breakfast” hotels. Note no elevator and some stairs so make sure to mention this if accessibility is important to you.

The property is older and therefore lacking some amenities. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage upstairs, then it is not for you. Check in was good but I found it very difficult to find any staff the times I went to the front desk (to locate a working ice machine and start car charge or check out?). The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room was FILTHY. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. The room had dirty cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom door around the door handle was black, there was an inch of dust covering the top of the mini fridge. Didn't even bother pulling the sheets back on the bed. Immediately walked back to the front desk and demanded a refund. Stayed at another hotel that was much cleaner. This property was so gross!

The room was ok but had a funky smell and was run down looking . Front desk staff was great. Made a few attempts to use my key and staff member yelled instructions from 5 doors down. Not exactly unfriendly but it was unprofessional. Ground floor room facing the highway was loud and the sliding door was jammed and difficult to open, curtains were disgusting. Overall not terrible but some updating and proper cleaning would be beneficial.

I knew I was staying at a budget-friendly hotel and tempered my expectations, however, the room was pretty dirty. Dirt on the walls, door jams, in the corners, etc. The sheets had permanent yellow marks which I couldn't sleep on. The double exterior glass doors had only a pin on the screen door for security, the interior glass door had a non-working lock. The heating system was very loud when it kicked on and off every 15 minutes. The breakfast was a great surprise and I really enjoyed the unexpected offerings.

The hotel isn't the newest, but seems to have been well maintained and decently updated. Public spaces were clean and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great. Check in was quick and all interactions with staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was the typical kind offered at most hotels, although the breakfast space was very small... we had to share a table. One of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area and definitely worth it.

Photos are a bit deceiving - the hotel is not as updated as they make it out to be. Service was great - everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Room was clean overall, but some random hairs on the bedspread that didn’t belong to us and there was some gunk on the bathroom door that needed to be wiped down, and tub was rusty around the drain. For a quick stay around $100, it was perfectly adequate. I would stay here again for a similar stay (near the GO station to attend a concert in TO). Overall average / just fine, no complaints.

The front desk lady had a terrible attitude. When I couldn't find the trash and left the cup out, she passive aggressively told me to throw it out 30 minutes later when she saw me again. Lady, it's a plastic cup and there are no obvious garbage cans in the lobby

We chose a hotel for a quick pre-flight night, and the Comfort Inn did not disappoint. With a ground-floor room we were able to back right in and be near the room's thick, noise buffering sliding doors - super easy for in and out. But most notable was lovely Lindsay at the front desk. Friendly, helpful and accommodating (pardon the pun), she made our stay just perfect. Great price and value.

I was the second parking to try to check in. Waited 15 minutes while the only person behind the check-in talk to somebody on the phone. I prepaid my reservation otherwise I would’ve left on the spot.

This was an inexpensive hotel off a major highway. It was convenient clean and quiet. Great location. Although nothing is available around it it is just one of those hotels off the highway.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast was good, real cracked eggs and waffle maker. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Property is dated but that's no big deal, at least there wasn't homeless people hanging around the Property.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was modern, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. There was a big selection of food items and a real dining room to eat in.

My check in process was excellent and the person at the front desk was polite, personable and efficient. (The night of August 1st). Breakfast the morning of August 2nd was unacceptable, however. When I came to breakfast at 9AM there was no hot food remaining. Other guests continued to circle, apparently expecting replenishment. I waited 10 minutes, no food came. Again, unacceptable for a hotel that includes breakfast.

We stayed at Comfort Inn in Burlington one night in mid-May 2026. The hotel is nice, the room was clean and comfy. There is free parking and free breakfast. The location is not great, it's next to Highway 403, and the area didn't look walkable, you'd have to drive anywhere. There was a glitch at check in, I waited some 15 minutes for the front desk lady to wrap up a phone conversation with somebody whose credit card would not work. That was unpleasant to say the least... All in all a good place to crash for the night.

Love this hotel, very clean and somewhat modern. The breakfast buffet is amazing.!!! Friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Only thing I have to say is the room I’m in the bathroom wasn’t really up to par meaning needs to be updated, the toilet seat was loose. I tried to tighten it, but it won’t tightened., wallpaper in the corner was peeling and they forgot to leave a Kleenex box. It was empty. But I did love this hotel either way!!! Thank you to all of you
