Hotel très bien situé. La chambre avec cuisinette super pratique car il y a vait meme une plaque induction avec tout le nécessaire. Le seul hic c'est qu'il semble y avoir un problème avec la climatisation autant dans la chambre que dans les couloirs. Le spa , l'eau était pas propre et jet a peine fort.

We rented 2 rooms for our family stay, they were both comfortable and clean. When booking I specifically asked for connected rooms, when we signed in I was informed that the best they could do, for the rooms selected, was across the hallway from each other. Unless we wanted to switch to a different room configuration! We chose the rooms that I had selected originally and the staff member went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

When we checked in and it was very late. We have two little kids and I had important appointment in the morning and when we decided to go to bed we noticed small bread crumbs on the sheets. And we called and asked front desk to bring us clean sheets. We were waiting for quite a long time and we called again. So we were waiting and went to bed later then we were planning. So it spoiled our morning plans and I came late to my appointment. Minus -1 point: shampoo and soap was almost running out in the bathroom. Minus -2 point: there was a coffee maker but there was no water in the room and even in the lobby and on the floor. Positive: Welcoming and professional staff and menu based breakfast. 2 points out of 5. Next time will look for other hotels

We had a lovely stay. The highlight was the waterslide but thoroughly enjoyed the gym, restaurant, and a great sleep in the cozy beds. Thank you!

We stayed in a 2 queen suit with pull out couch as a family of 6, 2 adults 4 young kids the room accommodated us perfectly only con during our stay was the body wash sucked we didn’t pack any liquids so we didn’t have to worry about any messes the body wash is just one of the soap bars that leave you feeling grippy that is my only complaint , everything else was perfect and the staff were amazing we reserved 4 nights and ended up extending our stay the pool was amazing and spacious was not busy at all was so handy having tables and chairs on pool side we brought our nieces and nephews all swimming 9 kids ages ranging from 1.5yrs to 10yr old all were able to play independently in the pool because it is not too deep huge hot tub and kiddy pool, I highly recommend staying here :) we will be coming back here next year for our stay again :)
