Holiday Inn Express Brampton by IHG

Just what you would hope for out of a hotel stay; clean, convenient and an easy way to get on your journey. The room was clean and updated, and breakfast had several options to ensure everyone can be pleased. Staff were all doing a great job.

The breakfast was okay, not the best for sure. The room is clean but the bathroom fan and the AC were very loud, so loud that my kids couldn't sleep the first night.

I booked my stay three weeks in advance. I had requested an adjoining room because we are a family of two adults and six children, so it would be more convivial. However, upon arrival, no adjoining rooms were available. A serious lack of management and planning.

Breakfast was so good

Our room was definitely not properly cleaned. We noticed the coffee table had not been cleaned but decided to just clean it and not worry. The next morning we noticed very concerning filth on sides of bed sheets. Very disgusting and wish we had checked room better at arrival. This indicated our entire room was definitely not cleaned well and we felt very dirty. I brought it to the attention of staff who didn’t even apologize or offer any type of compensation. She just said we wouldn’t be charged for it. How insulting. How disgusting. Of course I won’t be charged for your company’s lack of competence. We stay in the area often and we have taken your establishments off our list.
