The pool needs to be cleaned and maintained. It was green and nasty looking.

The pool was down without notice ahead of time.

South entrance was ajar so you never needed your room key to gain access into hallway

Very good place to stay just the pool was dirty and water green other then that it’s okay place

Keys don't work on any outside door

There are few things can be fixed. Pool was green and couldn’t swim

Room had a view of filthy scummy outdoor pool. Hair Dryer inoperative wall tile in shower missing and cracked tiles toilet seat loose and slides. no elevator. wife unable to climb stairs got room on 1st flr Shower water just room temp even with hot only on no clocks in room sheets smelled heavily of bleach Mattresses lumpy and too well used. need new or turn them guests letting their large dogs run around outside the compound. couple staying behind dumpster, homeless ?

No effort is spent in maintaining this old hotel, rooms and hallways are not clean. Security doors do not work so people use the mat to prop them open. They should not even advertise breakfast. They had no sausage or coffee. I asked about that and why no eggs? The front desk rep said the owner discontinued eggs because they had complaints on them. Only options were dry cereal and make your own waffles. Also, witnessed an obvious drug sale interaction in the parking lot right out in the open. Clearly the owners are only using this place as an investment, but have no pride in their establishment.

If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep and leave, this is okay. The rooms are basic. Our bed skirt was soiled with something, but bedding appeared clean. Our room overlooked the filthy green pool that maybe they were draining since it is end of season. Breakfast was minimal. Biscuits were hard and gravy was water. Not to mention we were in a hurry in the morning and they wouldn’t allow us to take our breakfast to go. You have to eat it in the dining area and cannot take out or to your room, so we ended up having to put it in the trash.. so not sure what the point of that was.

I choose this property because it was advertised they had a decent clean pool. So i booked my room for 3 nights thinking so the pool will be amazing when its 100 degrees.. Well once i arrive and get to see the pool, it is horrible. The pool had obviously not been cleaned or serviced at all this season. So it would of just been nice to knkw that the pool was closed before

Will not book due to uncleanliness. Dirty floor bathrooms, bed sheets,paint missing off the walls and chairs were peeling Very bad

The entire room was dirty. There was what appeared to be blood on the wall. The bathtub was gross. There was iron stains on the carpet

Hallways were filthy. Room was dusty and the cleaning smell was so strong we almost couldn't take it. A/C didn't work. Toilet ran water all night. if i were you i would be ashamed of having this hotel on my site

The room was dirty. We found fingernails and toenails on the floor. There were holes in the bathroom walls covered up with masking tape. The air conditioner did not work very well so the room was hot. Food crumbs in the dresser drawer and a dirty shirt left in the closet area.

Rooms weren't cleaned trash left in room mini fridge didn't work lost $ on food it all wrnt bad due to no refrigeration reported to front desk told me mai wouldn't be available for 2 days i was only checked in for 2 days gor locked out because a door wasn't working they put no sign written to let guests know they would have to walk back front of property to be able to enter hotel again i am disabled so was stuck outside by myself until my son came & helped me back in DO NOT stay at this property manager still has not responded or contacted me regarding these issues how convenient for him i will be calling repeatedly until he or she talks to me better adjust my bill or i can report them for abuse of a disabled person & elderly I'm extremely angry

This place needs a facelift. Very out dated. When we walked in, it smelled musky. The front desk clerk was nice. When we got to the room, it was absolutely disgusting. The nightstands had not been wiped down. The ac unit was full of dirt. Blood on the sheets. We went back to the front desk to check out immediately. The clerk wanted to put us in another room and we told her absolutely not.

The room bathroom was dirty and it smelled bad in one room and the other room smelled bad and bathroom toilet had poop on it

The room was not clean, there were stains on the walls, curtains & even dirt on the bed sheets. How it was rated 4 I have no idea but the bathroom wasn't good either & the floor was very sticky & the water didn't ever really get hot in the shower. The hallways reeked of marijuana even though there are "no smoking" signs everywhere. Overall I was very disappointed in the stay & will never get a room at a Baymont again. The place was dirty, not well maintained & had holes in the room walls...next time I will treat myself to a Walmart tent & a KOAM campground rather than stay at a Baymont.

Hall way is dirty. Carpets are torn. Room smells. Bathroom is very dirty with bugs. Toilet seat were so dirty which I cleaned. Few hours stay for night so checked in and checked out.

The room had not even been vacuumed 😔

Pretty dated. Looked like a new owner. Could use a bit of maintenance. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Easy to get to. Ok for the price . Good breakfast, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs.

Room 203 needs the heater fixed

Ww had a queen and king suite joining rooms. They were both big. Beds were very comfortable. The pull out sofa in the queen suite had money, cigarettes, and and old lighter under its mattress. With dark areas. Very gross. King suite pull out was good. Neither had sheets or blankets, and nothing in the room to make the sofa beds. Had to go down to front desk and get it. Then when i looked at the king bed, it only had on sheet, no bedspread. Went back down and got that. The bathroom in the queen stunk like urine and toilet didnt work right. So we closed it, used only the king reatroom. Girl at check in was very nice. Just was disappointed in the queen room. Breakdast was typical continental. Basic.

For the $ the room,bed, and bathroom were quite good. I could hear the conversation going on in the next room through the adjoining door . That and the fact that there was a very bright spotlight outside my window and the heavy blinds could not be closed so my room was far from dark all night made sleep less than easy Breakfast is very poor so all I had was coffee There wasn’t even real creamer only the fake powdered crap I may stay there again because I work nearby but I will know what to expect and will be more choosy about my room offered

The room was huge. There were 5 of us and the 2 queens with a single sofa bed was perfect. There were food crumbs under the desk but that was the only room complaint we have. Unfortunately after the wonderful night sleep we went down for breakfast and the gravy for the biscuits was runny like milk and after making several waffles for the kids we discovered we needed to eat them with spoons as they had no forks. Breakfast goes till 9am but at 8am they were out of almost everything and wouldn’t replenish anything. Coffee was good though.

Ice maker broken, only 2 lamps in the room had bulbs, fitness center consisted of 2 machines only.... Room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, it's just an average place to stay.

Room 203 needs heater fixed

Work in other rooms was noisy. Maybe space occupied rooms differently. Neighboring room people came in very late could hear entire conversation. Wanted to sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Ramces of Front Desk was friendly and so welcoming, and the room is a relief after a long car ride. They even have a microwave and fridge for our cooler stuff. And WiFi is a breeze.

I had a great stay at the hotel and was impressed by how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. The service throughout my visit was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I was especially pleased with the morning staff, who were both helpful and cheerful, going out of their way to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude really made a difference and started each day off on the right foot. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The evening clerk was very polite and brought extras pillows to the room instead of me having to wait for her to get them.

Although this was otherwise a pretty standard stay, the staff at this hotel made the visit rather trying. To begin with, check-in was a nightmare. Even though I had indicated when I reserved my stay that I would be paying *at* the property, the card I used to reserve my stay was charged the morning BEFORE my stay. Even though they said they would refund that payment, they have not yet made the refund. The other staff-related issue was that the entire building reeked of curry. If this had been a cheaper hotel, I would not have minded this so much. But not at this price.

When I showed up they couldn’t find my reservation. Supposedly they attempted to call me and had moved me to another hotel. The other hotel had no record of my reservation either. It was a very bad experience.

Drove from Texas to Ardmore, Oklahoma to stay here. Room wasn't really clean to standard, and it smelled, but was tired, so I still stayed. I guess you get what you paid for even if it was at a reasonable rate. Had an additional charge to my bank account three days later. Called bank to alert that it wasn't authorized. Did not know what it was for? Called back to hotel and found out I was even charged a smoking fee even though I don't smoke. The room was at a good rate, so go figure. The one night stay turned into a larger amount that I shouldn't of had to pay. Called back to the hotel and got the run around explaining my case to the clerk who checked me in. Was told that there wasn't anything she could do, I had to talk to her manager. Finally, was able to talk to a manager. Who said that it was noted by housekeeping that a cigarette smoke smell was found in room after checkout that's why I was charged? That's funny because again I don't smoke. However, she will take care of the smoking fee and reverse the charges and send a confirmation email. No apology and still no confirmation email sent stating so. Stayed here before and had no problem and now with new management it's an issue. I follow all rules of any establishment, No smoking means just that. You are not going to blame me for something I didn't do and you don't notify me of it. You texted and call for check-in and a review after you check out.

Went to check in and they stated you guys cancelled our reservation and we are now stuck in Ardmore with no place to stay

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

It was OK, but had the following issues: A daily charge for a dog stay of $20 per night instead of a dog deposit listed in the reservation. Another issue was a $15 early check in fee at 1:15pm instead of 3pm.

Good stay! Had a family member having a procedure done at Mercy hospital in town. This hotel is very adequate for this purpose, near several restaurants. Summer in Oklahoma, AC was cold and on when we arrived which is great! No USB charging ports, so a little dated, bring charging blocks. No elevator, so if anyone can't climb stairs, request a 1st floor room. Super nice staff at the front desk!

Great help from front desk...check-in quick and easy. Left a small travel kit out in parking lot accidently and mgr retrieved it and confirmed its safe keeping until our return trip home in April. Room was really comfortable, clean etc. also a great little restaurant nearby called Prairie Kitchen...highly recommend.

Convenient location and no noise from the interstate. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Not a top notch building, but a satisfactory experience and a good value for the price.

It was close to everything we wanted to do

Very convenient area for everything we needed. Can’t beat it for the price. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you but that usually happens at most hotels anyway.

Our overnight stay was very nice/ The staff was friendly & efficient, the room was clean and spacious. Right off I 35 is a nice plus too.

Older hotel but very well maintained and clean. The room was clean and very big. Towels were so soft!! Water was nice and hot! Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Great value and located near multiple restaurants. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in that area.

Room was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal. Motel is under construction. Halls had construction debris. Everything looks old. They overcharged me for my room, which had been booked online.

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient to several restaurants. Coffee bar could use an update but the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was very limited. Egg patties, toast, sausage and waffles. No fruit, no cereal, no milk or juice. Our room was clean but the Fridge was dirty. Shower faucet was difficult to turn on. Front desk was very polite and friendly.

Horrible! Booked because of being a Wyndham hotel but was awful. Rooms are dirty breakfast was non existant. Staff didn't care about anything.. stay away!!!
