We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony. Have to sleep with closed window. Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow. As I understand they didn’t want to take even little trouble. Spoiled vacation. Rather shabby, too.

This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake.

The floors a slippery and pillows a little stiff but otherwise the room very comfortable. Breakfast was good but if your wanting any kind of meat for breakfast that’s not happening. Check in staff was very friendly, nice to see smiling faces. Checkout was the same. Smiling face makes you continue to have a nice day😁. Enjoyed the checkout time as well. Could still relax after breakfast.
