Spacious room. comfortable bed. nice linens sheets and towels. nice pillows. very comfortable. quit dnd safe location. easy parking only minor inconvenience was that the hot water was not very hot. other than that a nice clean hotel and i would definitely go again.

The room was dirty. They had me make a $150 deposit on top of what I paid for the room. The carpet was nasty , the wall paper was falling down in on corner of the room. The bathtub was yellow and white like the might have scrubbed to hard and washed the finish off.

The room had BUGS, the outlets didn't work, there was blood on the tub and the bottom of the tub was gross. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom and they didn't have any to give me at the front desk. I was told I was going to be moved to another room but I had to wait until 12. I told them we would be out all day and she would call me. She did not call and when we got back there weren't any rooms. I either had to stay in the disgusting bug infested room and all the other problems, stay in one bed with my 19 year old son or pay for the night in their other hotel behind that one. She said she couldn't do anything and when I asked to talk to a manager she said they don't work on weekends. I then called Expedia who tried to get me a refund but ran into the same "a manager has to do that and they don't work on weekends". Finally she moved us to the other hotel without having to pay. Which was pretty far from the lobby and I say that bc the key didn't work and I had to go back 3 times until she changed our room. That room didn't have bugs and it did have soap. Outlets were loose in this room too so I guess it is a hotel issue. The toilet seat needed to be replaced and there was a stain on the floor. I WILL NEVER stay in a Red Roof Inn again!!!

The A/C was loud in the room, but it was very effective which was important for my summer visit. Some furniture was new, but some was used and showed their age. But the mattress was fantastic, the pillows were awesome, the bedding was clean and comfortable, all of which were a surprise for a hotel in this price range. I was delighted!

Check in kiosk person was friendly and helpfull. Room was fairly clean and furniture was convenient and adequate. The television in the first room was not working so we were moved to a second room with the same problem. The second room was a downgrade. It took over an hour to check in and resolve the problem. Maintenance guy was friendly and helpfull.

The rooms could use a refresh. The paint on the shower is peeling off, water was barely warm in the shower and there's rips in the wallpaper. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great.

the beds were very hard-- my wife loved it!! the AC worked excellent. the breakfast is subpar but we didn't care much. only real problem we had was the curtains do not keep out the light, which was a problem for us. light shined about 5-6 am and it is bright in there, hard to sleep well in the early am.

The front desk staff was not there, waited 1.5 hours and they were still a no show. Wouldn’t answer phone either while gone. Had to leave and stay someplace else. Very unprofessional and left us hanging. Don’t stay here!

Great comfortable room. We booked through a third party app and they forced an unwarranted deposit even tho the booking is insured. Either don't book through an app, or set aside extra funds for their deposit because they have major trust issues. Front desk night time receptionist was very rude.

Homeless people going through trash cans . Asked a friend to check me out and she was packing up my toiletries and small roaches came out from the sink. I checked out after the first night. Told all of this to the manager on duty. He said he couldn’t do anything because it was a 3rd party. I’ve just now gotten home an able to make this survey. Yeah, get rid of this on your site! Scary and filthy. And yes, the manager took my complaints and typed them in his computer!!

The breakfast was nothing but empty carbs, it would have been nice to have a protein provided and maybe some nice coffee cream. Overall the stay wasnt bad . Would have gotten 5 stars if breakfast was better and there wasnt a 100 dollar deposit on top of the fee to stay.

This property is nothing like what the reviews in Expedia state. We stayed one night in room 104 and were frustrated to find that the tub wouldn’t drain, that we couldn’t shower until the maintenance crew came in at 9 AM. To add to that, the paint in the tub was chipped and the bathroom looked beat up (frankly, it was quite disgusting). The breakfast was nothing like they claim. When checking in, the front desk person told us that breakfast included bagels, muffins, and eggs, but all we found was a waffle maker, a few slices of bread, some small muffins, juice, and coffee. There was no fruit either. We first stopped by at 7am, and once again around 9am - and that’s all the food we saw. This is among the worst hotels / motels we’ve ever stayed at - maybe even the worst. The only saving grace were the people at the front desk. They were friendly enough, but everything else was terrible. This is a beat up property and I can’t understand how they have such great reviews on Expedia.

We stayed one night in room 104 and were frustrated to find that the tub wouldn’t drain, that we couldn’t shower until the maintenance crew came in at 9 AM. To add to that, the paint in the tub was chipped and the bathroom looked beat up (frankly, it was quite disgusting). The breakfast was nothing like they claim. When checking in, the front desk person told us that breakfast included bagels, muffins, and eggs, but all we found was a waffle maker, a few slices of bread, some small muffins, juice, and coffee. There was no fruit either. We first stopped by at 7am, and once again around 9am - and that’s all the food we saw. This is among the worst hotels / motels we’ve ever stayed at - maybe even the worst. The only saving grace were the people at the front desk. They were friendly enough, but everything else was terrible. This is a beat up property and I can’t understand how they have such great reviews on Expedia.

Great location. Walkable to stores and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was stocked well and had a variety of choices for being continental. Staff was friendly and professional.

the beds were very hard-- my wife loved it!! the AC worked excellent. the breakfast is subpar but we didn't care much. only real problem we had was the curtains do not keep out the light, which was a problem for us. light shined about 5-6 am and it is bright in there, hard to sleep well in the early am.

Room 108 has a loud whining noise that comes from outside that is irritating. I have stayed in this room before and was disturbed by the noise but ignored it and accepted that is was a fluke but now I know it wasn't. Using the kiosk is a joke, takes too long staff took forever and when finally getting my key I found out it didn't work and had to go get another one. I have stayed there many times in the past but I will no longer stay there. over the last 8 years I have stayed there at least 22 times and since it has changed from Bonanza to Red Roof I have seen a downgrade in cleanliness and staff effectiveness. The turn over is a lot higher than it used to be so I question how good is the management team.

The breakfast could have been better the coffee machine was broken and everything was waffles cereal of pastries and they didn’t look fresh. Some hot scramble eggs and sausage would have been nice. The staff was okay I think because of the location they are on the lookout for homeless twice they asked me were I was going even they they had checked me in.
