This little house was so perfect. The exterior space - the decks and the lake, itself - meant we never felt crowded. We used everything the house had to offer: the SUP paddle boards, the kayak, the BBQ. Everything worked perfectly. More than anything, though, the setting was utterly breathtaking. The sparkling lake and Olympic NP right next door. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Love the location though one is given the impression it is on the water of Port Angeles. The kayak and paddle boards were fun. The inside is way to small for more than 3 adults. you can barely move around inside let along with luggage and all the beds out. pretty absurd to list larger parties can manage.

We had such a great time at this property! It’s an adorable place on the water, small but super functional. We paddle boarded and kayaked and had a lovely stay. Would absolutely recommend.

We enjoyed staying here and hanging out at the dock kayaking and paddle boarding. Our young boys had a blast! It was a nice, small cabin to stay in while exploring Olympic National Park!

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful location. Loved launching right into the lake for kayaking and swimming. Sitting on the deck to eat breakfast was also an highlight. Space was comfortable and clean. Only two minor things: no dish towels and while there was a keurig I would have liked a regular coffee maker.

This was the perfect lakeside oasis for me and two friends! The place was really well stocked including spices and condiments which I usually don’t see in rentals. I will note there’s only a Keurig so for those picky about their coffee methods remember that. It was just right for me and two close friends but it would definitely feel cramped with any more ppl (you’d have to be very close as a group haha). The dock on the lake was amazing and it was so fun jumping in for a swim or paddle boarding. It was a dream staying here and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Positives: beautiful view, lakefront, safe neighborhood, close to town and stores, quick response time from hosts, peaceful, nice deck area for sitting Negatives: bathroom was super tiny with no place to put your things, everything could have been cleaned more thoroughly in my opinion, water completely shut off after the first persons shower 2 days in a row, however, I wish I would have contacted the owner sooner, because she was quick to respond and had the problem fixed immediately. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Great location and beautiful view! Enjoyed the lake. Space was pretty tight for family of 5 and all our luggage which we didn’t take into account when booking (our fault). Host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay!

We hiked at the national park a few days, but mostly just sat on the patio or in the living room and read our books or listened to music (we visited in the spring when it was still too cold to swim). The water was so clear and clean. We stopped in Port Angeles on our way to the house and cooked all of our meals - however, there were a few tiny places nearby if you need to order food. The house was perfect for 2 or 3 people, had everything we needed, and we loved the speakers and lights around the house - can’t recommend this place enough! Thanks Bonnie for the lovely stay!

We very much enjoyed our short stay at the cabin. The weather was not so great, but that didn't take away from the beauty of the mountains and the lake. It is a peaceful and relaxing spot with plenty of hiking options. There are no close restaurants/grocery stores so be prepared! The cabin itself was warm, cozy and comfortable.

Views of Lake Sutherland are stunning. Beautiful interior design and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked. Host responded quickly to any communication. Be prepared, there's little space for luggage and clothing. We stored our luggage in our vehicle for a week.

This little house was so perfect. The exterior space - the decks and the lake, itself - meant we never felt crowded. We used everything the house had to offer: the SUP paddle boards, the kayak, the BBQ. Everything worked perfectly. More than anything, though, the setting was utterly breathtaking. The sparkling lake and Olympic NP right next door. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This property was perfect! The view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking. So relaxing to come and relax after spending the days exploring olympic park. The owner had everything we needed to make our stay more pleasant. Fun board games, pots, pans, and other equipment to cook, and so many comfy blankets. And the beds! Sleeping was so comfortable, the pillows were so fluffy. I can go on how great the stay was, but I'll just leave it that I'll book my stay here again if ever i visit Washington again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at the cabin. The weather was not so great, but that didn't take away from the beauty of the mountains and the lake. It is a peaceful and relaxing spot with plenty of hiking options. There are no close restaurants/grocery stores so be prepared! The cabin itself was warm, cozy and comfortable.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful location. Loved launching right into the lake for kayaking and swimming. Sitting on the deck to eat breakfast was also an highlight. Space was comfortable and clean. Only two minor things: no dish towels and while there was a keurig I would have liked a regular coffee maker.

My two friends and I stayed here for a few nights, and it was truly amazing! The location just can’t be beat. We hiked at the national park a few days, but mostly just sat on the patio or in the living room and read our books or listened to music (we visited in the spring when it was still too cold to swim). The water was so clear and clean. We stopped in Port Angeles on our way to the house and cooked all of our meals - however, there were a few tiny places nearby if you need to order food. This was the perfect lakeside oasis for me and two friends! The place was really well stocked including spices and condiments which I usually don’t see in rentals. I will note there’s only a Keurig so for those picky about their coffee methods remember that. It was just right for me and two close friends but it would definitely feel cramped with any more ppl (you’d have to be very close as a group haha). The dock on the lake was amazing and it was so fun jumping in for a swim or paddle boarding. It was a dream staying here and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Mid week early June - wonderfully peaceful! Cabin was very clean, well stocked, with a comfy couch to sit on to look out at the picture postcard view. Great home base location for our three days of exploring Lake Crescent, Hurricane Ridge and Salt Creek Rec area.
