L'hôtel est basique, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et les chambres sont petites et minimales. L'eau chaude vient uniquement après 10 minutes à faire couler l'eau dans la douche et il n'y a pas d'eau chaude au lavabo. Accueil est correct. L'hôtel est à 10 à 15 minutes à pieds du centre. Petit-déjeuner était une bonne surprise par contre, varié et préparé sur place.

Familiäres, sauberes Hotel mit schöner begrünter kleiner Außenanlage. Eine Pool gibt es auch, umgeben von Granatapfel- und Olivenbäumen. Das Personal war super nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde pro Tisch frisch zubereitet mit Omlett, Armer Ritter, Käse, Oliven und Gemüse. Die Einrichtung greift Elemente der türkischen Motive auf (vor allem die wunderschön bemalten Fliesen, die als Wandbilder genutzt werden). Die Stadtmitte mit vielen Restaurants ist in fußläufiger Entfernung (10-15 Minuten). Sollten wir wieder mal nach Pamukkale kommen wissen wir aufjedenfall in welches Hotel wir gehen werden!

This hotel is okay. Clean room and nice pool area. But up to the 4th floor with no elevator; 6 deck chairs around the pool so not enough seating; below average breakfast for Turkey. No late check out and breakfast between 8-10 only makes it a bit tricky to visit the attractions early and/or come back to clean up afterwards. It is probably priced about 20 Euros over-priced relative to other places we have stayed over the last three weeks. Again, an ok place to stay with friendly staff but nothing special.

The rooms are not really well maintained, the bed was full of bed bugs we had to change rooms in the middle of the night and we are not talking about one or two of those pretty little bugs that bite you, more than half a dozen.a trap for the exterminator

Gentili e veloci nel check in ma rivedibile la qualita' della stanza: un po' arrangiata e tendenzialmente sporchina. La colazione molto buona e ricca, ma non ti da la possibilita di scegliere in autonomia perche ti portan loro dei piatti gia' composti da pietanze salate e fritte, che di prima mattina non è un classico. Per il resto bene, anche la piscina e la vicinanza ai ristoranti e le attrazioni.

Everyone was super helpful and the staff were the best part of the place. However, the rooms were quite outdated with multiple room fixtures that were in poor condition and dusty. It was great for one night but not ideal for longer stays.

This hotel is fabulous! It is a family bussines, very clean and very nice. Excellent breakfast and good location for visiting Pamukkale and Hierapolis site. The pool was a plus on a +40 degrees Celsius.

This property was perfect for our short stay while visiting Pamukkale. The rooms are clean and quiet and the hotel is in a calm area of town. It is a little farther away from the city center, but is near the bus station so it is very accessible. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early after our overnight bus. They also happily arranged airport transfer for us and gave us stellar ice-cream recommendations. The property itself is beautiful with nice flowers and a pool we were able to enjoy on our down time. Being such a tourist-y location, it is easy to get swindled in Pamukkale, but this hotel is pretty, safe and feels like a genuine experience!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner (chicken casserole) was absolutely delicious. Far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are large, but fairly basic. My bathroom had a sloping roof, and being tall I could not stand upright. If you're tall I suggest mentioning that when you book. Other than that it was perfectly acceptable for the price. Only a few minutes drive to the travertines.

The setting of the hotel was quaint. The owner is very graceful and a good host. The room was comfortable. No elevator, though, so it was tough dealing with luggage. We had dinner, and even though the menu was limited, it was delicious! Great breakfast too! Cats in the dining area were mildly unpleasant. Small, but practical parking lot. Overall, a good experience.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Pool kann bis spät abends benutzt werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer kalten (Oliven, Käse, Butter,...) und einer warmen Platte (Omelett, Börek,...). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren zu viert im einem Zimmer (2 Kinder). Deshalb war es eng.

Good: Great location, walking distance to everything. Nice staff, tasty breakfast. Quiet A/C (rare) and comfy beds. Bad: Bathroom is due for a little maintenance, but still perfectly usable. Mosquitos in room (either from previously open windows or gap under door) -killed them all, blocked gap with towel, and no more for remaining nights.

Très bel hôtel, bien aménagé, grande chambre, très propre, belle piscine, déjeuner copieux. L’hôtel est situé à environ 10-15 minutes de marche de l’entrée sud du site de Pamukkale. Toutefois, pas de petit frigo dans la chambre et pas de restaurant sur place, on retrouve un épicerie/dépanneur à proximité (5 minutes de marche), le village est aussi à proximité (environ 10 de marche). Melrose house hôtel reste un très bon choix pour Pamukkale.

Pamukkale travetines is within 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel owner and his staff are very helpful and welcoming. Hotel breakfast is delicious with generous portion. Had dinner in the hotel and the lamb skewer and chicken curry was tasty.

Everything was perfect. Apart from the breakfast plates made hours before breakfast time , so it was dried, pice of salami and cheese were very dry and they like been for so long outside, bread : could have some brown bread .
