Always love staying at the Residence Inn hotels, no matter which state. The only issue that i had was there wasnt a hot tub or basketball court. Most of them ususally have this amenity. Breakfast was hot and ready on time. The check is was literally 10 minutes. Staff were super friendly. Had a late check out which is always great.

This place was great. We were there for the concert and I was nervous picking a hotel in a place I’d never been but everything went so well. The staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast included a lot of options and was constantly refilled. They have cookies in the lobby later in the day that my kids loved. Super fast to bring anything we asked for to the room. The pool is a standard indoor hotel pool and not super warm but my kids still used it and loved it. I will say the pull out mattress isn’t super comfy, but that was expected. I used the extra blanket provided as a mattress pad and then requested a blanket, which they brought up immediately. Tons of stores and food within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

It’s was nice to be right next to the mall for an evening out for my daughter’s 14th bday party. The pool is big and clean. The suite rooms are nicely stocked and roomy.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor, this grossed me out I did ensure that the other places were clean. I should not have to clean my room. I would stay here again. Staff were very kind and attentive.

I brought my 13 year old daughter and some friends for a birthday celebration. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Loved the kitchen areas, made cake and snacks and cleanup easy. Everything was clean and front desk staff was super.

The price and location were great for us! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious enough for my husband to get up early and me to sleep in. We were 10 minutes from the AP, and minutes from restaurants. The staff was excellent. Big thank you to Veronica at Sharon at the front desk. Our stay was exceptional.

The hotel was beautiful and it’s in a great area close to the airport with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I believe it is only about 9 months old. The room was very comfortable and well organized. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing that needs some work would be the included breakfast, as it lacked in quality - especially the kind you would expect from a Residence Inn. Overall though, I would highly recommend this property.

This is a brand new property adjacent to a restaurant and pleasant shopping mall, about 20 minutes to the Indianapolis Convention Center and airport. I used it as home base while attending a sporting event. It worked well! The staff was pleasant and efficient.

The free breakfast included a lot of options and was constantly refilled. They have cookies in the lobby later in the day that my kids loved. Super fast to bring anything we asked for to the room. The pool is a standard indoor hotel pool and not super warm but my kids still used it and loved it. I will say the pull out mattress isn’t super comfy, but that was expected. I used the extra blanket provided as a mattress pad and then requested a blanket, which they brought up immediately. Tons of stores and food within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

This place was great. We were there for the concert and I was nervous picking a hotel in a place I’d never been but everything went so well. The staff was extremely friendly. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The past few times the room really didn’t look clean. normally when you go to a hotel the beds are like crisp.sheets are pulled tight. Bathrooms are clean. I’ve let it go about four times now but this time I’m just not sure if they know what’s happening it looks like that they’re not worried about cleaning the bathrooms at all. I’ve had to clean the countertops because they’re sticky this time the bathroom had a razor blade on the floor that I’m assuming from the cleaning crew using to scrape soap or something. I don’t know. I did not touch it and they’re lucky, I didn’t have a child that didn’t listen with me. I was so exhausted I had to go to sleep in the bed , no matter how it looked. I never sit on top of the comforter, but this look like the safer bet. The beds look as if they didn’t change them just pull the blanket over it the past few times I’ve stayed here. I have let this go and gave good ratings. I’ve decided someone should be aware of the cleaning practices of the rooms. The room smelled very good. I would love to know what that smell is unfortunately, when you have people coming in and staying at a chain that they expect it to be clean you’re gonna have to do the work.
