When you write on the website that you have AC you should have have it . Our rooms were hot at night so it wasn't great. Other things in the hotel were good

The hotel was lovely, and the staff incredibly helpful when it turns out their system had no record of my Hotels.com booking. Unfortunately my room also had no hot water on the last day, which due to an early train wasn’t able to be rectified.
