Given this was a motel without amenities the price was extremely high. Only reason I booked was because there were no rooms available anywhere else. For the price I did expect it to at least be clean.

This room is deplorable. When you first walk in the smell is horrid. There are stains on the sofa bed which has no sheets. There was a whole in the closet that is trying to be disguised with tape. The toilet is dirty. There are not enough linen for the amount of ppl that are allowed to stay here. The tv doesn't work. There are stains on the curtains. There is a broken door under the bed. Dishes in the sink. I cannot believe the level of unsanitary violations this place is guilty of. There wasn't even any toilet paper! It is absurd! We were honestly scared to sleep there. Thankfully we found a hotel last minute! This has never in my life happened before. Too bad I can only add 8 pictures because I have more! Disgusting!

Very dirty. Bugs crawling everywhere. Look like bed bugs, but im not an exterminator... which they clearly need. No additional toilet paper. Some lights/lamps didnt work. Room was in a state of disrepair at best. Smelled terrible in the room. Check in process isnt a thing. Called several times day before and day of with no response with voicemails left. Luckily was able to rouse an office person once i arrived. I could go on, but I've already spent too much time and money on a place I'll never return or recommend.

Stayed there a night and I regretted it I rather sleep under the bridge. The room was somewhat clean but the couch had stains and once we pulled out the couch bed the mattress was terrible. It had piss stains and everything else you can imagine. One of the worst places I stayed. Couldn’t pay me to stay there again

The room smelled; it seems like the bedding hadn’t been changed; I didn’t use the sofa, but it would have been filthy just to sit on. I used whatever bedding I could find from my car: a kid’s blanket, a coat wrapped in my beach towel as a pillow.

It needs renovations. It was filthy the lampshades were covered in dust, no one comes to see if you need linens. The closet door was broken. Both Televisions did not work. There was a couch at the dumpster for 2 weeks outside my door. I will say the bathroom was clean & the towels were nice.

The pictures on Expedia are highly misleading. This was the most run-down hotel I have ever set foot in. The furniture was sagging and ripped. There were bits of duct tape all over the unit to patch up holes. The bathtub had a huge patch of duct tape, which seems to violate basic housing code. There was chewed gum stuck to the bed frame. There was sand in the pull-out couch. There was hair in the bed. The unit seemed like it had not been cleaned before my arrival. The owners of this establishment do not care about quality whatsoever. This place was so decrepit that I could not stay here and requested a refund, which I am still waiting for.

The hotel needs to update the rooms. The sofa was dirty with stains and the bathroom is rusty and the toilet had been used and not flushed which makes me think it was probably not cleaned. I stayed two days and there were not room service .

We had to drive to a sister Inn to check in, but it wasn’t far, so it was not a problem. The service there was excellent! You just couldn’t have asked for friendlier people. Our room is super cute! It feels like a small apartment with a full kitchen, small table, couch, and separate bedroom and bathroom. At first the place had an odd smell, but once we turned on a fan and the air conditioning it smelled fresh. Overall great choice for the night and a few of our meals!

For starters it's very dated which I was made aware of by the desk when I checked in so knowing that I tried to look past it however it was very hard to do. The bed ding had numerous yellow and brown stains on it the closet door was broken and literally hanging off the hinge there was a drawer front missing from under the kitchen sink which was very unsightly, there is a huge draft coming in from the air conditioner in the bedroom and the heat in the bedroom did not work, also the television in the bedroom was smaller than my laptop or only about 13 in and the one in the living room was only about 19 so along with the wood paneling on the walls that made it very difficult to enjoy television. There was no door separating the bedroom from the living room which was also a little disappointing. The desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful or at least try to be as helpful as possible and accommodating I can say that but the accommodations themselves are definitely lacking and in desperate need of remodel and upgrades.

My friend and I recently stayed at the Inn at Lewis, an Economical motel on the main strip and centrally located to Rehobeth and Lewes. I booked our stay via Expedia. The rates were comparable to similar hotels in the area. The Inn at Lewes is a row of eight bungalow type rooms, perpendicular to route one. I assume each room is identical, offering one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchenette, a pullout sofa/sitting area and TV. It is clean, a bit dated, but the room got more comfortable with each day we stayed. The main attraction for this motel is definitely their location, as well as the staff, who were very pleasant and eager to please! We enjoyed our stay at the inn.

This is an older property, but it was very nice having a living room, full kitchen, bed and bathroom to stay in. The two rooms had one AC unit mounted in the wall by the bed and it was rather loud. Luckily, the room also had an osculating fan to keep an air flow during the overnight hours. The table top and counters were clean, but slightly sticky.

The room could definitely use a Smart TV. The floors need to be replaced there are soft spots in the floors. Very nice for a couple to stay for the weekend. 4 MI from Rehoboth Beach. We enjoyed our stay for our anniversary

No housekeeping at all the only day I got asked if I needed anything was Sunday I had already been there 3 nights. Limited lighting, TV didn't work properly the only thing I will say was great was the water pressure in the bathroom

This was a motel that looks like it was not updated since the 70’s. The carpets were disgusting and I didn’t even change clothes just slept fully dressed shoes and all because I wouldn’t put my feet on the floor. Very disappointed. Check-in was not even on site had to go to a hotel down The road. No one told us this until We got there and read the sign. Ugh gross!

We got there know one there there was a disclosure to call the number on the booking for the inn. Called it 18 times from 2pm to4:30pm check in was at 4. When I called it said voicemail box full. So we found a different hotel. I would like to know how to get a refund. I will not be recommending this hoyel

The hotel was not as advertised, the image of the exterior of the hotel was a deception. The interior were old tired, worn and soiled carpet, smelled old. Upon arrival we had to go to a partner hotel to check in which took far too long

My friend and I recently stayed at the Inn at Lewis, an Economical motel on the main strip and centrally located to Rehobeth and Lewes. I booked our stay via Expedia. The rates were comparable to similar hotels in the area. The Inn at Lewes is a row of eight bungalow type rooms, perpendicular to route one. I assume each room is identical, offering one bedroom, one bathroom, a small kitchenette, a pullout sofa/sitting area and TV. It is clean, a bit dated, but the room got more comfortable with each day we stayed. The main attraction for this motel is definitely their location, as well as the staff, who were very pleasant and eager to please! We enjoyed our stay at the inn.

The only down side was the proximity to the highway. The staff (Janet) was awesome. The place is dated but it was clean and cozy.

Price/accommodation ratio was fair. All bare essentials provided. Very slight smell of smoking. Though in a parking lot off of the highway, it is a convenient location.

Very kind people for both check in and check out. Nice small kitchen, you may want to bring aluminum foil. I managed to make surf and turf for dinner. Quiet location, close to many stores.

Stay away! This place is an absolute dump. I got there and called the staff three different times and text them because I wasn’t able to get into my room. Nobody ever got back to me. I’m surprised I didn’t find a crack pipe underneath my pillow when I got to my room, no trashcan if there was an option for zero stars, I would give them zero.

No kitchen supplies; very dirty. Check in process was totally digital but not relayed that info until the penultimate hour. Check in took almost 45min. No person on campus. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The place is super sketchy. The staff was ignorant. No one was there for check in. They made a couple of us checking in, call them back in 30 minutes because they were at their other hotel and had no time for us. In fact, when I said I was checking in, they hung up on me! The place looks run down and definitely not safe. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ll never stay here. In fact we never checked in. I reserved a room at a reputable hotel down the street and had to eat the $100 since it was non refundable at that point. Super pissed ofc about it
