When we arrived we were told they had a partnership with a parking at the other side of the city and that we could leave the park there for free. We wasted time going back and forth between the parking and the hotel. Next day when we do the check out the woman at the desk simply said that what we were told was not true and did nothing for us but to give us an email address. Even when we asked for a the supervisor or a formal complaint. We could have stayed at a parking in front of the hotel for the same price. But the worst is their customer service... nonexistent.

Het hotel bestaat uit 3 aparte gebouwen, die een paar honderd meter uit elkaar liggen. Je moet buitenom om in een ander gebouw te komen. Er is maar 1 receptie, aangezien dit voor ons niet duidelijk was, dachten we in de regen even snel de koffers binnen te zetten en vervolgens de auto in de parkeergarage te zetten. Dat ging dus niet, we stonden op dat adres voor een dichte deur. Advies: let op het adres van de receptie en meld je eerst daar aan (met auto goed bereikbaar), parkeer daarna in de parkeergarage. Hotel is prima gelegen aan de rand van het centrum en pal naast de ingang van Museum Prinsenhof.

Très bon séjour. Accueil sympathique ( et en français!). La chambre était grande ( chambre familiale pour 4) et propre. L hôtel se situe au centre de Delft. Parking couvert à proximité.

If location and price are your top considerations, this is the hotel for you. The staff was very helpful and the linens and towels seemed clean. Otherwise, the room was a bit dingy, it's a block from a church bell tower which does ring every 30 minutes and there will be stairs.

Very characterful hotel close to the old market square and old Delft town. So near lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. But also close to a large parking area on the edge of the old town so avoiding tricky trips round the tiny canal streets.

No good if you have luggage. Spread around 3 buildings, stairs and underground parking far away for19.20 euro despite they say it has parking on site. That's false there is none.

The location is good. The room is nice with high ceilings and you do not hear the outside at all, or the lifts etc. Location is five star. That's the only good part. Staff are polite but have no initiative or ability to help with anything. Room was not cleaned, bathroom flush does not latch, one light in the bathroom was not working, there was no kettle or coffee maker. When you ask staff they never do anything without repetition. We landed early and were waiting for our room at reception. We were the only ones waiting for over 2 hours, yet they only confirmed the room was ready after we asked again. Parking is expensive and reception won't tell you how it works. Reception manager was outright rude. It is not a 4 star, the stars are for service.

Pleasantly surprised. It was a much quicker and easier walk from Delft station than I thought. Nice staff, clean room. Good location. Walk down the alley way by the hotel and you are in old town Delft in 2 minutes. Room was too warm. Fan just enough. Breakfast expensive for what you get.

Het bleef warm in de kamer, slechte ventilatie. Klein tafeltje. Misten verlichting bij het aanrechtblok en de zithoek, alleen 2 grote lampen. Verder liep het water slecht weg in de wastafel en misten we een kapstok. Het was fijn dat het verblijf midden in het centrum was. Delft is een mooie stad! Ontbijt kan je beter los boeken bij de locatie, stuk goedkoper. Prima ontbijt!

Leuk hotel, prima bedden, mooie kamer, schoon, goede informatie. Het enige minpunt is dat er in de kamer geen enkel raam open kon. Dat maakt het in de nacht heel benauwd op de kamer.

The hotel is really well located. It does NOT have parking. If you plan to bring your car consider 20 additional euros. Some areas smell really old, rooms are tiny and ours had a view to an alley plus the windows had just small ventilation, with no AC the night was quite warm (summer). Going upstairs with suitcases was not very practical. But we were ok and Delft was worth the visit!

Mooie locatie bij oude kerk en dus bij centrum. Studio geboekt met walk in shower. Walk in shower was een krappe douchecabine. Geen stopcontacten bij bed om telefoon op te laden. Buiten om naar ontbijt want ander gebouw waren minpunten.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years and have never stayed in the same room twice. This one topped them all for being uncomfortable - it may have a bit to do withe the temperature being in the mid 30's for most of the stay but hey when you charge so much at least have air-conditioning in the rooms. Yes, we had windows that opened but onto a cobbled street with bikes, suitcases, drunks and trollies going past ALL night. Delft is a beautiful city and it is such a pity to leave on a sour note of no sleep for 4 days

What a brilliant find, right in the centre of Delft and a couple of minutes walk from the train station. A huge room and a huge comfortable bed. Great nights sleep and with great staff on reception, what more could you ask for! Will be back.

Det var perfekt på alla sätt och vis. Läge, service, rummet, frukost men främst personalen. Både i receptionen och frukosten var helt fantastiskt. Gott med frukost där man kan laga sina egna pannkakor, varm choklad och apelsinjuice.

accomodatie ligt prettig dicht bij stadscentrum. indeling van hotel koimt niet logisch over. vanuit mijn kamer kon ik niet binnendoor naar ontbijtzaal. Jammer dat er geen drin kglas beschikbaar was ook niet nadat ik dat aan huishouding had verzocht. Overall een prettig verblijf met gastv rij personeel

Staff are polite but have no initiative or ability to help with anything. Room was not cleaned, bathroom flush does not latch, one light in the bathroom was not working, there was no kettle or coffee maker. When you ask staff they never do anything without repetition. We landed early and were waiting for our room at reception. We were the only ones waiting for over 2 hours, yet they only confirmed the room was ready after we asked again. Parking is expensive and reception won't tell you how it works. Reception manager was outright rude. It is not a 4 star, the stars are for service.

An ideal place from which to explore Delft, by foot, or get the very efficient train into the Hague to see the Girl with a Pearl Earring. Don't miss De Lelie, the best ice cream in the world. You may have to queue but it's worth it.

Très bon séjour. Accueil sympathique ( et en français!). La chambre était grande ( chambre familiale pour 4) et propre. L hôtel se situe au centre de Delft. Parking couvert à proximité.

Very characterful hotel close to the old market square and old Delft town. So near lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. But also close to a large parking area on the edge of the old town so avoiding tricky trips round the tiny canal streets.

What a brilliant find, right in the centre of Delft and a couple of minutes walk from the train station. A huge room and a huge comfortable bed. Great nights sleep and with great staff on reception, what more could you ask for! Will be back.

Very nice place to stay. Strange decor but interesting. Good location for walking around Delft. Buffet breakfast expensive, as not as extensive as full English spread, but good fresh fruit salad, scrambled egg, orange squeezer for fresh juice (prepare to work for it!), pancakes, yogurt etc

Det var perfekt på alla sätt och vis. Läge, service, rummet, frukost men främst personalen. Både i receptionen och frukosten var helt fantastiskt. Gott med frukost där man kan laga sina egna pannkakor, varm choklad och apelsinjuice.

Pleasantly surprised. It was a much quicker and easier walk from Delft station than I thought. Nice staff, clean room. Good location. Walk down the alley way by the hotel and you are in old town Delft in 2 minutes. Room was too warm. Fan just enough. Breakfast expensive for what you get.

My first room was on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard. The window can be opened from the outside and there was no lock. The hotel switched me as soon as I asked and while the staff were fantastic I am not sure I would return here due to this. The person on the front desk was fantastic and completely understood but the management must fix this.

We only briefly encountered staff. The hotel has three parts so we didn’t really see staff after check in. Breakfast was nice but it was empty so gas were cooked to order and there was no other offerings of hot food. The staff member was delightful. The room was adequate. There was no air con, just a couple of fans. One of the windows was nailed closed and in a very warm room, not great for air circulation. The room was dusty and the paint was flaking off the window frames. The shower curtain was too long so it was easy to trip on while showering. The bathroom products were great, really good quality. The furniture in the room was very dated and we definitely felt like we were in a cheap b&b rather that a BW Hotel. I definitely won’t be returning.
