Glenn Hotel & Beach

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful: 1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns). We stayed there for 8 days and we did not receive a single correct order on any of the days - they consistently mixed up our orders. 2. Music: The music at the beach was incredibly loud. Despite calling them before our arrival and making sure there is no loud music, we found out they have loud music all day. Our rooms were also right next to those speakers so we couldn’t escape from the music even if we wanted to. Some of the staff did help by lowering the volume but some other members of the staff would consistently increase the volume again. 3. Location: Due to our rooms being on the ground floor, it always smelled like sewage. 4. Cleanliness: The rooms are only cleaned if we ask for it. Additionally, the beach mattresses on the sunbeds were dirty with a lot of sand - they should be cleaned in the morning.

5 gun kalmamiza ragmen tum olanaklar saglandi. Odalar temiz, hijyen kurallarına uygun en onemliside yataklari rahatti.. cocukla gayet rahat edebileceginiz bir isletme. Personel zaten cok guleryuzlu hepsi cok yardimci oldu her konuda. Cocukla gittiginizde iciniz rahat olabilir. Tesekkurler Glenn ailesi🙏

Ortam müthiş. Odalarda ve ortak alanlarda her şey düşünülmüş. Beach kısmı ve deniz de gayet düzenli ve temizdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve samimiydi ve bu sayede kaldığımız yere çok daha fazla alışabilmemizi sağladılar. Tek eleştirim restoranın biraz pahalı olması fakat restorandaki yemekler de gayet güzeldi. Mutlaka tekrar burada bir tatil yapacağız.

Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever çalışanlardan oluşan bir ekip. Gerçekten mükemmel bir hafta sonu geçirdik. İkiz bebeklerimizle gittiğimiz bu tatilde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her an yanımızdalardı. İlgili ve naziklerdi. Her birine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Odalar tertemiz, su ısıtıcısı, set up her şey düşünülmüş. Beach kısmı da çok keyifliydi. Kahvaltı da gayet başarılı. Çok memnun kaldık.
