Glenn Hotel & Beach

Merhaba, Otelde odalarda bir takım teknik eksiklikler vardı, fakat personel o kadar yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü ki, normalde yorum yapma alıskanlığım olmamasına rağmen, personelin mükemmelliğini belirtmek için yorum yapmak istedim.

Genel tesisin durumu iyi. Ancak

Muhteşem ilgililer. Imkanlar çok geniş. Turistik yerlere de çok yakın. Çok memnun kaldık. Denize sıfır ama ic alan ile çok guzel manzarası var

The only positive aspect of our stay was that the owner really tried but unfortunately the staff wasn’t very helpful: 1. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the restaurant and the service. The menu had very limited options and the staff failed to accommodate our dietary restrictions (due to health concerns). We stayed there for 8 days and we did not receive a single correct order on any of the days - they consistently mixed up our orders. 2. Music: The music at the beach was incredibly loud. Despite calling them before our arrival and making sure there is no loud music, we found out they have loud music all day. Our rooms were also right next to those speakers so we couldn’t escape from the music even if we wanted to. Some of the staff did help by lowering the volume but some other members of the staff would consistently increase the volume again. 3. Location: Due to our rooms being on the ground floor, it always smelled like sewage. 4. Cleanliness: The rooms are only cleaned if we ask for it. Additionally, the beach mattresses on the sunbeds were dirty with a lot of sand - they should be cleaned in the morning.

Ailecek gittik çok memnun kaldık. Odalar çok güzeldi yeni tadilat görmüş. Personel güler yüzlü genç ve dinamik bir ekip çalışıyor. Bar fiyatları çok yüksek yani bira 250 tl olmamalı.
