Sea Breeze II Luxus 9 BR Oceanview Estate zwischen Dominical und Manuel Antonio

This was the perfect house and location for our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 3 forty-somethings, and 3 children (2 11 year olds and one 14). Everyone loved the pool. We also loved the well equipped kitchen, panoramic views of the jungle were we saw toucans, scarlet mackaws and other birds. There were lots of places to sit and chat and a great tv room to watch movies together. There is a large grocery store only minutes away and lots to do in the area. The only drawback is a steep, curvy road up to the place, but our drivers mastered it after a few times. We would love to come back. Perfect place to connect with family you may not have seen for awhile.

We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. All the rooms are spacious and well kept. We used the pool every evening before dinner—you can’t beat the ocean and jungle views. We hope to visit again very soon!!

Amazing property! It is a bit of a drive from San Jose, but well worth it. We saw every animal we were hoping to see right from the patio ( except a sloth ). The house itself was amazing and had everything you would want to feel at home. Wil was quick to respond to every question and request that we had, and everyone on his staff were amazing. Be prepared there are bugs, you’re in the rainforest, but they were some of the coolest things to see. This was a hard place to leave. Thank you Suzanne and Wil for a great trip!

Beautiful, modern house! Easier to get to but still Beautiful view's. Garden and landscape with all the flowers and trees are incredible. Outside grill and grill area needs an update

The property is perfectly situated for viewing a lot of the wildlife Costa Rica has to offer. We saw monkeys, Coatles, tayras, wild pigs, macaws, parrots, vultures, and toucans. The pool was a perfect way to end each day after exploring.The house was a great fit for our party of 10. The driveway is steep at the beginning, I would recommend an AWD or 4x4 to get up there. It is a little far from anything, the town of Dominical is about 5 km away. Overall, a very lovely stay. And Wil, the property manager was always quick to reply and very helpful when required.
