Chill Family and Friend Escape with Wrap Around Porch

La casa es muy linda y confortable, super limpia y muy bien equipada, el barrio es muy tranquilo, volveriamos es para recomendar.

Property itself was great, comfortable, cozy and relaxing.The only downside is the ac, if the windows had a covering, it would cool off faster and stay cool longer.Also, consider putting some non-slip strips on the stairs.

Nice place to stay everything you needed for a vacation was provided for you inside the house. Highly recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner Dan has digitally staged his listing. Upon arriving, you can see that Dan has left of the neighborhood surrounding his house because it woud give a potential renter-as it did me in person-a unsafe feeling. When we entered the house, we immediately noticed that the living space is grossly misrepresented. Part of the reason we chose this space was due to the living area. VRBO said it was okay for owners to change what is listed, but I do believe so. I feel as though when you "Book with Confidence" you expect to find what you have paid for or at least something comparable. There was no running hot water in the kitchen which was okay with VRBO because we could get hot water from the bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms, there was a window that would not close. This caused the room to be hot, unsecure, and noisy. There was a side door that would not seal. There was no air in the bathrooms or kitchen. There was also a propane take hooked up to a dryer. When I first booked this house, I had a intution that it was a scam when Dan took my money but would not answer my questions until VRBO made him. VRBO promised me that if the fact the house misrepresented or I did not feel comfortable at the listing, they would find me something else. They lied. I would not book this house because there is no guarntee that Dan is going to be honest. Also, I have first hand experience with VRBO, you cannot "Book with Confidence." They stand by their clients; not customers.

The ROOSTER starts crowing at 4 am!!! And then the local street dogs start barking. Was SOOO hard to sleep. The unit itself is nice and clean. Beds were great and comfortable and the couches could be slept on. We got locked out and the cleaning lady came out at 11 pm and got us in (since she had accidentally locked us out). Quick communication with owner by text. Neighborhood is falling apart and pretty scary when you come in at night, though we met 3 of the elderly neighbors who were friendly and learned all about the next door house full of stray cats.
