Loved staying in the hustle and bustle of buzzy downtown Cairo! As per other reviews, the staff were wonderful. So welcoming. We were soooo grateful that they had the air conditioning running in our room prior to arrival, they were the only place we stayed in Egypt that did this. Was grateful to other reviews that noted the limited signage, with this in mind we managed to find it rather easily. Was also handy to have read and that the hotel was on the tenth floor but lift goes to ninth. Was not a problem to go up a level by stairs, and staff were quick to assist with baggage. Only negative, wished they had air conditioning running in communal areas, hallways and restaurant.

Hotel is on the 9th floor so it has an excellent rooftop view of the city and away from much of the noise of the city. Always someone on the first floor for security and help with luggage if needed. Very nice and courteous staff members. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Downtown area can be hectic but this hotel is the perfect place to relax.

This is a great hotel--right downtown which is very convenient. Given that it is on the 10th floor it is quiet. Very nice breakfast menu. I would strongly recommend this hotel. And they have airport transportation right to the hotel for 20 USD.

Very nice location on Talaat Harb Street with great food and local people all around, and just minutes from Tahrir Square. This hotel is on the 9th floor of an office building. A little hard to find at first, look for a business called “Town Team” at street level (as of November 2024). Modern and clean rooms. A big thanks to hotel managers Alex and Meno for their great service.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Single room #116 was perfect. I had a balcony overlooking Talaart Harb. The balcony door was double glazed, the noise from the street was barely audible. I had good rests there. I enjoyed the sunny balcony. The room had a great walk in shower with a rainfall shower head, there was good water pressure and temperature. TV, aircon and fridge all worked well. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Downtown. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax. Heba and Kholos who work in the restaurant were super friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Alex and Jan the reception managers were excellent, always helpful. Francis and Michael the porters were also wonderful, kind and helpful. I will stay again.

You have to find their tiny sign on the road and reach there. Go to the lift and rise to 9th floor and climb to 10th. Apart from that, everything is good, got balcony, breakfast is good, definitely worth the price

Breakfast is highlight. Room is clean and location is very convenient. beddings is clean but not comfortable. The comforter doesn’t breath well, and the pillow is low and too soft for me. The elevator doesn’t bring you to the floor you need to, so some stair climbing is needed for guests. Be aware of that.

Stairs from 9 to 10 can be brutal, but staff help with luggage. Wish they’d put handrail on lower section. But once you reach 10, it’s clean and quiet. Local breakfast was too much food, and we had great snacks in their restaurant. Used as base to walk to old Egyptian museum and metro to Coptic quarter. Desk staff great with directions.

This was well located with nice clean rooms, great staff, willing to help with anything. They held our bags for days while we cruised the Nile and organised a fantastic quick tour of the pyramids at very short notice with a great guide (Rasha Yehia Mubarak). You can count on them to help you out.

受付、レストラン、全てのスタッフがとても良かったです。旅行中のトラブル解決の為に手伝って欲しいとお願いしたところ、快く対応して下さり異国の地でとても心強かったです。部屋は掃除が行き届いており、冷蔵庫のジュース、お水が無料なのも、飲み水をわざわざ買いに行く手間が省けてとても良かったです。蚊がいるので部屋に備え付けのスプレーで対処しました。刺されてしまいましたが事前に口コミを読んでいたので、家からかゆみ止めを持参していたので問題ないです。朝食はいくつかの種類から選べるようになっているのも良かったです。ボリュームもあり満足です。エジプトの旅行中に泊まったホテルの中で一番良かったです。

The hotel was very spacious and comfortable. All of the employees were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop area was so nice. Even though it was little loud outside, it makes sense because you are close to everything in Downtown Cairo so the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at Holy Sheet hotel was a very good one. It is as centrally located as can be, but because my room was on the ninth floor I was not bothered by the heavy traffic on nearby Talaat Harb, one of the busiest streets of Downtown Cairo. My room was big, clean and comfortable, and there was a veranda with a view. Still, the best thing about this hotel was the staff, all young people, who were so forthcoming, serviceable and friendly that I felt really welcome. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. If I ever go back to Cairo I know which hotel I am going to stay at!

Hotel was great. Staff very friendly and available 24/7. You are very much in the center of Cairo, which can be overwhelming to some, so just know that going in. For me, I thought it was great and gave a great feel for the city compared to staying at a big name resort. May look a bit sketchy but never felt unsafe. Rooms are exactly as pictured. Our room had a fantastic covered balcony/porch that was well decorated and had a couch. Was massive.

清潔で、何よりどのスタッフの方も親切でした！ ふとんもフカフカで、シャワーも問題なく出ます！ 外が少し騒がしかったのですが、寝れないレベルではない です！ 朝ごはんも気持ちのよいテラスでいただきました！ また利用したいです。

-Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Lärm von der Straße ist im 9. Stock erträglich, und um Mitternacht wurde es an Werktagen in der Umgebung normalerweise ruhiger. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon des Restaurants ist top. Es fehlt nur eine Klingel, damit man beim Ankommen im 9. Stock läuten kann. Der Name des Hotels ist zwar kreativ, sorgt jedoch bei Einheimischen und Taxifahrern für Verwirrung. Die Mitarbeiter können sehr gut Englisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber, alles sieht neuwertig aus.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They prepared us a packed breakfast when we had an early start around 5 am. The hotel is located in a busy but convenient area with many food choices. The pickup from the airport went without a hassle. We had a good stay.

This is a great hotel--right downtown which is very convenient. Given that it is on the 10th floor it is quiet. Very nice breakfast menu. I would strongly recommend this hotel. And they have airport transportation right to the hotel for 20 USD.

We had a fantastic stay at Holy Sheet Plus Hotel in downtown Cairo. Traveling with our young family, we found the rooms comfortable and practical, and the staff incredibly warm and attentive. The location is ideal—just off the main street, so it’s easy to walk to shops, cafés, and key sights or grab a quick ride when needed. The highlight was the balcony brekkie each morning—fresh, plentiful, and such a lovely way to start the day with a city view. Overall, amazing hospitality and great value. This was well located with nice clean rooms, great staff, willing to help with anything. They held our bags for days while we cruised the Nile and organised a fantastic quick tour of the pyramids at very short notice with a great guide (Rasha Yehia Mubarak). You can count on them to help you out.

The tours they organised for us were great and amazingly priced. They even organised a special itinerary just for us covering a number of things we wanted to see. Mohamad our guide for the Giza Pyramids and GEM was so knowledgeable and took some amazing pictures, friends asked if we had a professional photographer with us! The hotel is in downtown Cairo away from the big international tourist hotels, so you can get the real Egyptian experience! The hotel is a little tricky to find the first time and we would recommend getting the hotel to book you a car to make your arrival easy and stress free. The hotel was very spacious and comfortable. All of the employees were amazing! They were friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop area was so nice. Even though it was little loud outside, it makes sense because you are close to everything in Downtown Cairo so the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at Holy Sheet hotel was a very good one. It is as centrally located as can be, but because my room was on the ninth floor I was not bothered by the heavy traffic on nearby Talaat Harb, one of the busiest streets of Downtown Cairo. My room was big, clean and comfortable, and there was a veranda with a view. Still, the best thing about this hotel was the staff, all young people, who were so forthcoming, serviceable and friendly that I felt really welcome. The breakfast was well prepared and tasty. If I ever go back to Cairo I know which hotel I am going to stay at!

Loved staying in the hustle and bustle of buzzy downtown Cairo! As per other reviews, the staff were wonderful. So welcoming. We were soooo grateful that they had the air conditioning running in our room prior to arrival, they were the only place we stayed in Egypt that did this. Was grateful to other reviews that noted the limited signage, with this in mind we managed to find it rather easily. Was also handy to have read and that the hotel was on the tenth floor but lift goes to ninth. Was not a problem to go up a level by stairs, and staff were quick to assist with baggage. Only negative, wished they had air conditioning running in communal areas, hallways and restaurant.

The first impression was not great, as we had slight difficulty in finding the hotel. It only has a couple of small white boards on the road, and the entrance itself has a slightly seedy appearance. The ground floor lobby and lift do not inspire confidence. A big problem with those who had difficulty in climbing is that the hotel is on the 10th floor, but the lift goes only to the 9th floor. However, once you reach the reception in the 10th floor, you have a much richer experience, both in the quality of the decor as well as the facilities in the room. The staff are very helpful, all the way from the bell boy up, the food is great and the room is quite good. Our room had twin single beds, not a twin bed, which was a surprise to me, but it was mentioned in the booking when I looked it up-my bad. Wonderful hotel and staff. Single room #116 was perfect. I had a balcony overlooking Talaart Harb. The balcony door was double glazed, the noise from the street was barely audible. I had good rests there. I enjoyed the sunny balcony. The room had a great walk in shower with a rainfall shower head, there was good water pressure and temperature. TV, aircon and fridge all worked well. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Downtown. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to relax. Heba and Kholos who work in the restaurant were super friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Alex and Jan the reception managers were excellent, always helpful. Francis and Michael the porters were also wonderful, kind and helpful. I will stay again.

We stayed at the Holy Sheet during our recent family trip. The hotel was easy to locate (signage posted on street poles, showing directions to elevator entrance). Once you arrived on the 9th floor, you do have to climb one more set of stairs, but the staff was there to carry our luggage up for us. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic balconies. We were a family of 4 and the room was perfect! The also have a great terrace for breakfast/drinks, which is a very nice spot to relax. They held our luggage before our check-in time and again, after check-in, so that we could go straight to the airport from the hotel. They even arranged us a ride to help with all of our luggage.
