I find it quite inconvenient that we are not allowed to check in until all guests have arrived. Despite the check-in issue, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained.

Apartamento muito confortável, tem tudo o que precisa (exceto ferro de passar roupas). Localização excelente! Ao lado da estacão do navio pirata. Check-in super pratico! Bebidas e petiscos, incluindo uma garrafa de vinho como cortesia nos agradou muito!

mazing place! Amazing location! There is no staff on-site (check-in is keyless and took us a while), nor is there a place to store your bags if needed. However, this hotel is really worth it. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space and amenities inside the apartment . We really enjoyed it, especially the view of Mt. Fuji.

We loved our two night stay at the property. It was clean and luxurious and a highlight of our 19 day trip to Japan. The view of Mt Fuji across the lake was amazing. The private onsen that opened out to the deck was fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer. Motohakone has very few restaurants and extremely quiet at night so plan to head to another local town if you want to head out for dinner.
