Excellent hotel! The only downside for me was the windsurfing. It was mentioned as an included activity, however they only had one board and one rig, both of which were worn out and were not a suitable size (giant beginner board and a 5.5m sail with no harness).

The SAii is a great option on Phuket Island. It’s located in a planned development called Laguna, five minutes down the road from Beach Avenue where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping, including an awesome supermarket. Also professional massage places. The hotel itself is large and is on a beautiful beach (which hotel keeps clean), a large pool area, tons of activities etc. Some of the rooms overlook lagoon, which is really beautiful and quiet. The rooms have a patio or a covered porch and a great area lounge area in the room. A nice bathroom set up that opens to the room, with privacy glass WC. Lagoon wing involves walking to pool/restaurants. Several beach clubs and restaurants right next door. It is the rainy season so the waves were significant and the undercurrent substantial so don’t expect to swim in the ocean at this time of the year. Breakfast buffet is substantial. Overall, one of the best I’ve stayed at on the island and very well priced! Definitely recommend it.

Beachside location is wonderful as is pool areas. However upkeep around pool areas, surfaces need attention ie rough surfaces and many sun lounges damaged. Food & drink services great and especially the special food nights eg The Indian food night was amazing. Unfortunately the resort is so much more expensive now, with nil improvements, breakfast not as good as in 23’ and ridiculous charge to extend your checkout for a few hours for later flights. Disappointingly no Beam Scooters available now and the nearby town is full of poor restaurants and good shopping non existent, very expensive due to the boom over

My wife and I enjoyed our time at this property. Being right in the beach was the main highlight. The beach itself is beautiful white sand and very warm water. We also walked kilometres on it every day. We had an ocean view king with a balcony. The room was a bit dated but comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. We chose not to eat other meals on the property as there were many options next to the property along the beach and in the nearby town. The town area has great food choices, stores and markets. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. My only suggestion would be for the management to offer pool side drink service with waiters coming to offer drinks and food. This seems like a missed opportunity and would have been convenient for guests.

Experience was great from the moment we exited our airport transfer. Check-in process was good, the welcome drink was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, and their cookies at the reception was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. They provided us with a bag that was really useful for bringing to the pool or beach. Service from the housekeeping team was prompt and easy, all requests can be made via their app. There were more than enough loungers by the pool and they have floats available for lounging in the pool as well.

Stayed a week in a Beachfront ground floor room. The resort is beautiful in a traditional Thai style and very well maintained. My room was in excellent condition with cosy lighting, a modern walk in shower and direct beach access. Housekeeping and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The resort is large and can feel busy, especially around the pool and at the main breakfast. The Beachfront room made a big difference because I could relax privately on my terrace and avoid the crowded pool area. The hotel also kindly offered me complimentary access to the quieter Club breakfast (instead of at the main restaurant) overlooking the lagoon, which was a generous gesture and improved my stay a lot. The spa was a highlight. Biggest downside: the internet was slow and unreliable in my room and mobile signal in this area also seemed weak, so I would not recommend this hotel if you need to work online. Overall a strong resort holiday choice if you pick the right room category.

전체적인 시설 만족도는 높아요. 리노베이션중이라서 걱정이 조금 되었으나 불편하지 않았고, 클럽룸도 이용 잘했어요. 저녁 스낵타임때 나오는 음식은 개선의 여지가 있어요. 맛은 있지만 술 안먹는 가족은 양이 조금 적었어요. 그리고 스쿼시, 탁구, 포켓볼, 헬스시설 이용해서 너무 좋았으나 관리가 약간 안되어있고 시설도 리노베이션이 필요해보입니다. 전체적인 숙박 만족도는 높구요. 직원들 친절합니다. 리조트내 음식 퀄리티도 좋아요. 맛있게 잘 먹었어요.

This hotel is beautifully situated with great rooms. I couldn't get over the lack of mosquito netting, though, and tiny bugs hovered on the light near the top of the bed. It's risky to forgo mosquito netting here, and I had to leave the bathroom light on so the little bug(ger)s would be drawn to the bathroom overnight. Otherwise stunning location and beautiful grounds.

À peine arrivés on a vu une crotte flotter dans la piscine puis on a dû changer de chambre (odeur d’égouts) et pas la vue mer commandée … nous avons été sous classes et avons demandé l’annulation des 2 nuits suivantes et cela nous a été refusé Le jour du départ on nous a refusé également un départ tardif. Alors que nous avons eu une journée avec que de l’eau chaude dans la chambre et 2 ouvriers qui réparaient pr dans 2 heures . Et pas d’eau du tout hier pendant une heure. Personnel très agréable mais aucune bienveillance de la part de la Direction

Too many mosquitos in the room. After checking-in at late night, we killed 15 mosquitos in our room. And bacon served in breakfast is too rough, so even not bitable. Otherwise, very environment friendly conditions and several local restaurants accessible through the Bangtao beach is totally admirable.

Some disappointing highlights of my stay:- 1. The reception cannot find our booking made on Hotels.com, and gave me that poker face as if that was my fault. Turned out to be they should search Expedia booking because Hotels.com is under Expedia. It is a well known fact in the hotel industry isn’t it? Kept me waiting for more than 20 mins and no sincere apology was made. 2. The bed sheet feels damp and pillow smells mouldy!! Hard to fall asleep with that mouldy smell. My partner is getting a running nose because of that. I had to cover up the pillow with bath towel to lessen the mouldy smell. Cleanliness is a concern. 3. The floor becomes wet in the middle of the night for no reason, which made me almost trip myself. Couldn’t see where is leaking and suspect water seepage from the floor tiles.

We stayed in SAii Laguna for 5 days in August 2024 (husband, me and 3 kids aged 17,15 & 12) & we were provided with two rooms next to each other which were both clean, spacious and had wonderful outside space and views of the lagoon. There was a lot of construction work at the hotel but this did not affect our stay at all - the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to provide us with everything we needed. The location really is wonderful with a perfect beach and a shuttle bus service (free) which took us around the resort which is huge. We also ate at two local restaurants outside the resort which were equally great. The pool, gym and complimentary classes (I did yoga, Pilates, Thai boxing, strength and towel animal folding!) were superb with really lovely staff. Our only issue with this hotel which is not easy to resolve is the sound proofing of the bedrooms. The walls and ceilings are very thin so we struggled to sleep as our neighbours above tended to be later at returning in the evening and then enjoyed some socialising. In other hotels this has not been an issue but we struggled with the noise levels at SAii Laguna as did our children, specifically furniture being moved and general conversation which could be clearly heard by us. This was a real shame as affected our stay and sleep but we were also told the hotel was full so no option to move.

Stayed a week in a Beachfront ground floor room. The resort is beautiful in a traditional Thai style and very well maintained. My room was in excellent condition with cosy lighting, a modern walk in shower and direct beach access. Housekeeping and staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The resort is large and can feel busy, especially around the pool and at the main breakfast. The Beachfront room made a big difference because I could relax privately on my terrace and avoid the crowded pool area. The hotel also kindly offered me complimentary access to the quieter Club breakfast (instead of at the main restaurant) overlooking the lagoon, which was a generous gesture and improved my stay a lot. The spa was a highlight. Biggest downside: the internet was slow and unreliable in my room and mobile signal in this area also seemed weak, so I would not recommend this hotel if you need to work online. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our trip pleasant. The only issue we had was the air con in one room, where it could not go below 23.5C making it unpleasant. They did try to fix the issue right away and eventually changed my room to one with a proper air conditioner. Overall the property is fine the rooms we were in are a bit dated, with very firm mattress and very soft pillows. Having softer mattresses and a pillow menu would be an improvement in catering for a greater variety of guests.

Lovely clean modern room. Pool area great for families - there were a lot of families there. Lovely breakfast. Lovely location in the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue was that our son injured himself on an activity set up by the hotel for Song Kran. The injury meant he’s been unable to swim for a week now so it’s really impacted the holiday. The staff were brilliant when we notified them of the injury but when we raised concerns with management about the lack of health and safety they were dismissive and were inaccurate with their information. We just wanted to try and prevent the same thing happening to another child.

The SAii is a great option on Phuket Island. It’s located in a planned development called Laguna, five minutes down the road from Beach Avenue where there are dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping, including an awesome supermarket. Also professional massage places. The hotel itself is large and is on a beautiful beach (which hotel keeps clean), a large pool area, tons of activities etc. Some of the rooms overlook lagoon, which is really beautiful and quiet. The rooms have a patio or a covered porch and a great area lounge area in the room. A nice bathroom set up that opens to the room, with privacy glass WC. Lagoon wing involves walking to pool/restaurants. Several beach clubs and restaurants right next door. It is the rainy season so the waves were significant and the undercurrent substantial so don’t expect to swim in the ocean at this time of the year. Breakfast buffet is substantial. Overall, one of the best I’ve stayed at on the island and very well priced! Definitely recommend it.

We loved the peace and tranquility in and around the hotel that its not too crowded or busy. Although the location is farther from Phuket Old Town, its accessible to places that we were interested to explore; Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. Also close to where we go riding and the Spa. Staff disposition and service was excellent. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. A good and happy team! Thank you so much for the special birthday cake for my daughter who chose to visit Phuket for her birthday treat.

Excellent hotel, superb staff and delicious food. The location is perfect for families and many famous day clubs and restaurants walking distnace on the beach. Earn did a fantastic job with our check in and my kids loved this hotel facilities. We will definitely come again. Love the white sand beach and the laguna shopping area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, check-in was very friendly, & flawless, and all the staff were extremely courteous. Breakfast was both peaceful, and excellent, though we found the food, and in fairness the service, at Mr Toms, left a bit to be desired. Location is perfect, right on the beach, and if we were to head back to Bang Tao I'd probably book the SAii Laguna again.

初めてのプーケットでしたが、また行きたいと思える場所でした。 雨季のため、滞在期間中の半分は雨風が強くほぼホテル内にいたためあまり周りを散策するほどアクティブではありませんでしたが、ただゆっくり過ごしたかったのでちょうど良かったです。 スライダーもあり、子供はとても楽しんでいました。 朝食の種類も多く、夜はホテル内のシーフードBBQやガパオやパッタイなどのタイ料理も満喫できました。 お部屋はクラブラウンジ付きで、シングルベッド2台でしたが、子供の分のベッドも何も言わずで準備いただいていて助かりました。

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, check-in was very friendly, & flawless, and all the staff were extremely courteous. Breakfast was both peaceful, and excellent, though we found the food, and in fairness the service, at Mr Toms, left a bit to be desired. Location is perfect, right on the beach, and if we were to head back to Bang Tao I'd probably book the SAii Laguna again.

It was amazing staying, my son celebrated his birthday and the team welcomed him with a cake and special greeting. We had half board and the dinner was great. We definitely will come back.

I have booked this resort reason for the Phuket Marathon, this resort is nearby the starting point of the Marathon event. The resort has a good view of the beach, there are many facilities, such as fitness centre, swimming pool, restaurant and club house. I would appreciated that the resort can provide early check in for us. Then, we can drop down the luggage and visit attractions smoothly. Last but not least, the staff are very helpful and nice! We did not know how to going to the gym room, so we wrongly entry the Club house, but the staff not only tell us how to go there, she also brings us to the gym room directly. That's why i am highly recommended this resort!
