Superb view and very well appointed house with four spacious bedrooms and two living zones. Double glazed windows ensured house was warm and quiet. Super comfortable. Made the most of the outdoor fire pit and the slow combustion heater. Generous sized kitchen great for catering. An awesome base for exploring the Prom and Fish Creek. Loved all the cafes, galleries, wineries and cideries. A great getaway for our family.

We had an amazing stay at this stunning Waratah Nth property. We were blown away with the remote location and stunning views of Sandy Point and the Prom. The property far exceeded our expectations and is a well presented and maintained home. The communication with Noelia was very responsive and we would highly recommend this property. Highlights would be the big open space with games and cinema room, comfy beds, stunning views, amazing night sky - the stars were incredible! We will be back!

This house is perfect in so many ways. Warm, comfortable beds, great kitchen, amazing view, fantastic cinema room, loved the fire pit and outdoor areas. The location is excellent, we visited Mt Nichol lookout and Sandy Point beach and Fish Creek. The rail trail is close by for a walk/run. We had a lovely time here with our family catching up and relaxing.

The entire family loved the property, it suited all our needs. We had a fabulous beach day then after dinner sat around the fire pit and toasted marshmallows. Our toddler enjoyed the trampoline and watching movies on the big screen. The only issue was trying to lock and unlock some of the doors with the key. The lock in the main bathroom was also very tight and we were worried someone might become locked inside.

The view alone is a reason to love this stay! The house is gorgeous and very user friendly. We have an almost two year old with health complications and it was very safe for her to explore and enjoy the stay as well. The trampoline and next doors roaming chickens were a big hit with her. Bring your kite because its perfect for flying your kite down the hill! The only small thing was, It was difficult to get in touch with the host. You really wouldnt want to request anything or have anything not work in the house because you may be on your own to sort it.

Beautiful spot to unwind and truly relax. The views from every room were jaw dropping and the outside fire pit was fantastic for sitting around and solving the world problems 😂 we will seriously consider staying here again-Thankyou Noelia

The house is lovely, nice and clean, suitable for family to stay around Wilson Promontory. We had a very nice time staying at the accommodation!

I loved the view where the ocean and sky seemed to meet outside the window, and the spacious, clean kitchen was also wonderful.

Had a great stay in clean well appointed spacious accommodation with fantastic views, quiet and ark at night...great star gazing small things ... 4th bedroom has no storage (wardrobes/cupboards) or heating and cooling...not a problem for us in the good weather we were in but be mindful in the extremes

This area is very cold in the winter. I strongly advise people not to stay in this property in the winter unless the owner makes significant changes to the arrangementsWhen we stayed there the evenings got as low as 4 and the days were around 14. When we arrived at the property it was freezing cold. The heating system was inadequate to warm the place quickly and we were uncomfortably cold for the first two days of our three days stay.The place was advertised with a fireplace. When we arrived there was no firewood. The owner then advised that she had forgotten to send us the email which said that you had to bring your own wood. The place should have been supplied with firewood by the owner because it was advertised with a fireplace. It is completely unacceptable to impose on the guests the requirement to bring firewood. The owner then told us to buy it locally. We bought two bags of firewood and kindling for 60 and that lasted one day.I raise these issues with the owner and she replied in a very empathetic way recognising the deficiencies. Having done that, I thought it reasonable to ask for a partial refund. She refused.The general standard of management was poor. The only light in one of the toilets was not working. The owner said she could not get an electrician in time and that we should take one of the bedroom lamps and use that for lighting the toilet. We paid a premium rental for the property and it should have been in a state where things worked.

Communication with the owner was good & we were allowed early check in. However, the property was dirty, the windows were full of spiders & spider webThe outdoor lights were not functioning so we had to spend the New years in the darkness

We had a beautiful time here. Everything was just perfect and relaxing. The house, the bedding, the kitchen, the bathrooms were all fresh and clean. Everything was provided. You would only need food to cook. We will definitely return. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely location from which to explore Wilson’s Prom and surrounding areas by car. We hiked some wonderful trails, relaxed and cooked at home. The view was unbelievable, ever changing and vast. Just stunning. The house is overall great and could be improved with just a little bit of an update on chipped crockery and glasses, some lightbulbs needed, bbq missing knobs, induction cooktop needs attention or instructions and unfortunately master bed has very soft mattress. Too soft for us but luckily the fourth bedroom mattress was excellent. Anyhow all that said we still enjoyed ourselves! Give it a go, I’m sure the above things will be taken care of.

Out of all the bnbs we have stayed in around the world, this has got to have had one of the nicest views we have ever seen! Absolute zen in nature and such a beautiful breath of fresh air. Photos do not do it justice, we were so blown away. Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely be back!!

Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. The house was fantastic with the kitchen very well equipped (perfect for a dinner party), and very comfortable beds! The views were spectacular and really felt like a private oasis. Thank you!!

We had a beautiful stay! Albeit the weather wasn't great the house had plenty of space and activities for the kids and the view over the prom/waratah bay is beautiful. We'd love to come back for another stay. Thx Dean

Loved the vista! Great spot to head off to local beautiful attractions Bath and shower excellent comfy bed. Host super helpful and communicative even though she was out hiking miles away! We would return!

We stayed a couple nights, the view was amazing. We enjoyed the property a lot apart from couple little things like body wash were not provided and we didn't bring. Not enough bins in the toilets, and we ran out of hot water for shower probably because the boys enjoyed too much in the bathtub. Apart from that, everything else was great. Thank you for the hospitality.

A beautiful well maintained home in an amazing location, if you want a secluded place with unbelievable views you won’t regret renting this one. We will come back again for sure

Beautiful place with gorgeous views! lovely rooms, well equipped kitchen with induction stove! Would have liked some provision of fresh milk, also missing paper towels and facial tissue. About an hours’ drive to walks. No grocery store nearby - bring all your food! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
