Freshly renovated, clean, very nice, excellent service. Wifi rather slow.

水圧が弱く、お湯が出ない。 夕方までホテル内の工事がうるさくて休めない。 浴室に小さいゴキブリがいる。 立地のみのホテルです。 気をつけてください。

Du bruit de travaux le matin m'ont gâchés ma matinée

Une arrivée tardive à l'aéroport... heureusement, Carlton est là et c'est parfait, comme d'habitude, comme pour les vols à des heures tellement tôt le matin. Accueil au dessus de tout. Le seul bémol... Plus de dîner sur place... Dommage ça aussi c'était parfait... Le Petit déjeuner rachète tout même un jour d'Aid comme aujourd'hui où tout est fermé.

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre ville Excellent accueil, personnel sympathique, compétent... Chambres propres et agréables. Restauration exemplaire... Une excellente adresse à conserver

Very smart hotel at a good location in the center of the city. Taking the lift in hotel convinced me that it was probably OK to ask some locals about the Tunisian revolution in 2011.

Shower pressure was great, linens very nice and clean, good elevator. Breakfast was thorough and plentiful but I didn’t find much that I liked, unfortunately. Still, a great hotel for a BANG UP deal! Very affordable!

Breakfast was very good. Hotel was undergoing renovations which meant roundabout routes from reception to room or restaurant. Restaurant served breakfast and lunch but closed evenings. And like much of Tunis, the staff were not too friendly or helpful - some exceptions of course, but largely true all the same. There was, incidentally, no sign of the alleged adjoining mall, not that I cared about that.

The place is always clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is always great with a lot of variety. We also ordered dinner twice which we found very tasty and portions were more than adequate. Only drawback was that they did not have any type of juice except lemon for breakfast.

Bug alert. Right upon checkin I told the front desk about mosquitoes and suggested they get a spray for the room and completely seal the window. They didn’t do anything even though they said someone was coming to do something. When I tried to change rooms because no one came to fix anything, I was told the hotel is full. So I blasted the AC and hid under the covers to get some shut eye. After I woke itching to multiple bites on my face, and arms the morning staff were more attentive- the big red marks on my body helped too! They gave me a can of bug spray and had maintenance fix the window seal. I’ve been spraying my room every time I leave which seems to have corrected the issue. What a terrible night though - three days later I’m still itching.

Localização foi o ponto alto da hospedagem. Quanto ao café da manhã, acredito que há espaço pra melhoramentos porque considerei o café razoável, mas não necessariamente, bom. Atendentes de limpeza do quarto muito eficientes simpáticas e solicitas.

The breakfast was great as well as the wi-fi. The staff was generally helpful. However, we were given a room facing the alley which was very dirty and smells like pee. Generally, I can live with that however we turned in about 10:45 on our first day and had an appointment early the next day. Close to midnight there was quite a bit of racket in the alley way with several individuals talking loud and making a lot a noise with cans and bottles. This went on until about 12:45 am where upon I went to the front desk to complain about the noise. Waking up the security guard, he supposedly went outside to talk to them but as it turned out he didnt he just poked his head out the door and went back inside. I know this because I filmed it from my second floor window. However, of the individuals there two remind. They continued talking loud and making noise with a lot of bottles and can, pouring it into other bags and so on. I went back downstairs and was told that they were working, like Im was to understand. So, I asked do they work for the government or a company. The answer was no only for themselves. Long story short, the next day they moved me to a smaller room yet I paid for an executive suite. I fell once, knicked my ankles on the wooden frame of the bed twice. This room was not as clean as the first, could have use a vacuum. I've stayed at this hotel at least once a year (if not twice) since 2013 but I think it is time to look for another place.

Hotel carlton est le meilleur hotel hébergement, bon emplacement au centre ville, propreté, décoration, personelles serviable et souriant, petit déjener très satisfaisante et varié qui convient à tous les goûts, bravo et bon continuation.

I came to this hotel last year. There are also points where they improve themselves. Especially the variety of breakfast has increased. For other meals, the variety is very little. Kitchen staff need to improve themselves a lot about customer behavior. It has huge shortcomings. Its proximity to the city center and ease of transportation are great advantages. They are very good at cleaning and hygiene.

T was enorm warm. Zeer slecht functionerende airco. En ook gehorig op de gang. Kamer was basic maar netjes.

direkt im Standzentrum, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar Supermarkt direkt hinter dem Haus Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl - das erste Zimmer war sehr laut durch die Klimaanlagen, konnten nach der ersten Nacht aber tauschen und haben hier ein deutliches besseres Zimmer mit Balkon direkt zur Hauptstrasse hin bekommen - super schlechtes Internet !

I didn't like the view from the room it's was very ugly

J’ai demandé une chambre calme , chambre 242 , bruit de musique très fort toute la nuit , fin vers 5 heure , une boîte de nuit est à côté de l’hôtel , chambre à côté de l’ascenseur ! Et bruit de la gaine technique régulier , je n’irais plus dans cet hôtel , j’avais demandé une chambre calme pour être servi j’ai été servi !!!!!

Old bed and not comfortable no screen on windows very good location we will not stay there again

Pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this property for sure, A/C, WiFi, shower all were good - and the best part is you walk outside and you’re right in walking distance of everything!

Fint hotel med god placering - MEN book kun superior værelser med balkon! Alle de andre værelser har udsigt til en baggård/skakt. Morgenmaden var også god med stort udvalg.

I had a bad experience at the hotel. The girl receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She asked a 15-year-old for her ID, even though we had already shown her school ID with her picture. I will definitely not stay there again. I used to stay there when I came from the United States, but after how they treated my wife, I will never book this hotel again.

Excellent service a la clientele, de chambre et surtout le service du dejeuner. Un 5 etoiles pour le Chef et touts le personelle de cuisine et du restaurant. On recommende fortement cet Hotel qui ete une tres belle decouverte pour des grands voyageurs comme nous.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht. Im Hotel angekommen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie das Zimmer nur an mich vergeben können, da mein Verlobter ( tunesischer Herkunft) und ich ( deutscher Herkunft) nicht in einem Zimmer schlafen können, weil wir noch nicht verheiratet sind. Sie meinten, dass ich bleiben dürfte und mein Verlobter sich in der Nähe ein billig Hotel nehmen könne.Auf der Seite vom Veranstalter wurde nichts über diese Regelung gesagt Dies wurde von uns beiden abgelehnt, da ich meinen Verlobten nicht alleine schlafen lasse. Personal unfreundlich. Nie wieder.

The front desk was super helpful with an airline flight issue. This was very much appreciated and relieved an anxious moment
