Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge ludos to the staff of Minus One and Poppy Lounge for a wonderful evening. The property has been lovingly restored and is splendid. Really enjoyed the spa/pools area.

Stayed at the W Prague for 4 days. The staff was excellent and the property was perfect for us. We used the spa and each received massages. Expensive but that is to be expected. The property was in the perfect location for us. When we return to Prague we will not stay anywhere else

Excelente hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación y un spa que te dejará maravillado por estar bien equipado como sauna, vapor, alberca, área de relax donde puedes descansar, además cuenta con un bar donde la atención de su personal es excelente (Verónica) y recomiendo el desayuno en el hotel por estar completo y delicioso, la habitación es linda con una una cama y almohadas suaves perfecto para descansar

We stayed at the W for 6 nights in July and the experience was beyond epic. From the moment the car stopped at the front of the hotel, the staff treated you like you were family. The concierge team were beyond helpful in arranging thing both inside and outside of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was top notch and one of the best meals we had through our European trip. The rooftop bar has spectacular views, cocktails, food and service. The main bar was equally as impressive for it food and drink options and variety of seating areas inside and outside. If you are a pool / spa person, the W has one of the best pool experiences in Europe! The all-seasons spa experience is fun and relaxing at the same time and a unique innovation. We both agreed that the hotel itself is a destination, and we often didn't want to leave as we were so comfortable. We will be back!!! Loved it!!!!

We had an amazing stay at W Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully designed and immaculately clean, with a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and helpful. Our room was well-designed – while a bit small, it was very practical and made great use of space. Highly recommend this hotel for a modern, stylish stay in Prague!

Stayed at the W Prague for 4 days. The staff was excellent and the property was perfect for us. We used the spa and each received massages. Expensive but that is to be expected. The property was in the perfect location for us. When we return to Prague we will not stay anywhere else

Excelente hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación y un spa que te dejará maravillado por estar bien equipado como sauna, vapor, alberca, área de relax donde puedes descansar, además cuenta con un bar donde la atención de su personal es excelente (Verónica) y recomiendo el desayuno en el hotel por estar completo y delicioso, la habitación es linda con una una cama y almohadas suaves perfecto para descansar

The W Prague is new but the service is truly 5* The team were excellent every member of staff seemed like they enjoy their job and truly wanted to help, from the restaurant to the spa to the house keeping there was passion, care and attention to detail. A particular mention would be Orianne who welcomed us to the hotel, checked us in and toured the hotel for us. She was polite, passionate and seemed to know all about the history of the hotel as well as everything they had to offer, she couldn't have done the job better and this kicked off our stay with just the right mood to enjoy everything. The Spa team were also excellent and the spa is new and definitely worth a visit. Finally, the restaurant on the ground floor was quite quiet while we were there, but the team seemed energised and excited to welcome us and provided a great dining experience. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the W Prague and give it a 10/10 for our stay.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge ludos to the staff of Minus One and Poppy Lounge for a wonderful evening. The property has been lovingly restored and is splendid. Really enjoyed the spa/pools area.

We stayed at the W for 6 nights in July and the experience was beyond epic. From the moment the car stopped at the front of the hotel, the staff treated you like you were family. The concierge team were beyond helpful in arranging thing both inside and outside of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was top notch and one of the best meals we had through our European trip. The rooftop bar has spectacular views, cocktails, food and service. The main bar was equally as impressive for it food and drink options and variety of seating areas inside and outside. If you are a pool / spa person, the W has one of the best pool experiences in Europe! The all-seasons spa experience is fun and relaxing at the same time and a unique innovation. We both agreed that the hotel itself is a destination, and we often didn't want to leave as we were so comfortable. We will be back!!! Loved it!!!!

When we returned from a day out, we found that the books we had left on the table each had a bookmark carefully placed in them — one per book, as if someone had quietly decided that our reading deserved to be respected too. None of these were requested. None were part of a checklist. They were simply small, thoughtful acts that told us someone had walked into our room not just to tidy it, but to actually see how we were living in it. In an era where luxury hospitality often means impressive lobbies and curated aesthetics, W Prague reminded us what genuine service feels like — personal, unhurried, and human. We will be back.
