The taps in the bath were damaged and broken, the room could have been done in the last 20 years, badly in need of a refurbishment. Lack of plug sockets in room and only one properly working light switch. The staff however were friendly and helpful. Free parking for guests was a bonus and it's the perfect distance from the train station/city centre.

A very worn down hotel that is in desperate need of refurbishment. It’s too many things that aren’t working and that goes for most of the rooms. The rates for the rooms are low for a reason, be warned! There is a lot of shady characters staying at the hotel and the management doesn’t care at all if the other guests are disturbing with loud noises and screams all night!

The room was dirty, carpet had stains and very unclean, bed uncomfortable, asked for a remote for TV, went reception twice and ended up tracking down the maintenance man who gave me dead battery to replace . Never again There's was a party and music was blasting from 2am tp 4am ,ridiculous

If you can do everything to avoid staying at this hotel. Its really run down, in my room the toilet didn't flush and when I told reception they said they knew about it and a plumber had been called but still they let the room. Also carpet and walls were really dirty and loads of noise at 3am from drug and alcohol addicts staying at the hotel. I paid for 3 nights ended up paying for another hotel after 1 night. Terrible place ill never stay here again
