Fun Holiday Beach Hotel

there was no chef 8:00am in the morning had was to drive to west end to find a restaurant

I asked for a refund 20 minutes after the deadline because my aunt had passed away. The hotel denied my refund despite me having a full refund policy. These are BAD people!!

Hotel in need of serious upgrades

These guests contacted me to make a late reservation. Despite the platform allowing us to book later in the evening, when the guests got there they were unable to check in. This was due to the office being 'closed'. Guests did not stay at the hotel

This hoyel shpuld be called Fawlty Towers. 100 cockroaches on bathroom so you have to leave light on. The pool was not working. Food was expensive and disgusting. Never had change in till when paying. Dont book here even for one night. I stayed here on 3 different visits and its getting worse every time. The only good thing was the staff very helpful and kind. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. I will never stay there again.
