We loved staying here ! The pictures don’t do it justice and give the impression that it is far from town , which it isn’t . The beds were comfortable and there was so much space and the hotel was spotlessly clean . The views of the mosque and the castle from the windows in room 2004 were amazing . Ibrahim the receptionist was very friendly and helped us sort out a taxi to the station . The only suggestion we have is that We would have liked to have bedside lights We found people of Kars very friendly and the town very interesting . We’d have liked to stay in an extra night to explore but had a train to catch .

Klima dışında bi problem yaşamadık odayı havalansın diye klima çalıştırmak istedik çalışmadı. Onun dışında sifon akıtıyordu onu hemen düzelttiler yardımcı oldular. Temiz ve yeterli bi odaydı konaklamamız güzeldi. Kalenin hemen dibi ama Kars merkeze her yere yürüyerek gittik tarihi turistik yerler yakın zaten. Otoparkı var önünde ama geliş yolu mahalle aralarından yollar bozuktu bu da otelin suçu değil tabi. Eski bi saray konak kurtarılıp bu hale dönüştürülmesini beğendik. Kahvaltısı vardı ama zayıf geldi gözümüze gelmişken Kars kahvaltısını dışarıda kahvaltıcıda yaptık ama burası da iş görür gayet. Çalışanlar yardımseverdi.
