"Special check-in instructions There is no front desk at this property Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions; your host will greet you To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation." The excellent manager thinks that Expedia sends the email, but Expedia does not. As he does not reside on the premises, he needs to know in advance the arrival time of guests so that he can be there. Fortunately, he was able to locate me on What'sApp and ask me for the information. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO FIX THIS.
