Beautiful resort . Food was not good at all and minimal entertainment at night . Other than that good clean beautiful hotel .

We spent 8 unforgettable nights at JAZ Elite Aurora and it truly stands out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. What makes this resort exceptional is the leadership and culture. General Manager Domenico Iannone is visibly present and leads by example — you can feel it throughout the entire team. His management colleagues Mr Reda, Mr Youssef, and Mr Mohamed were all engaged and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere across the property. Valentine’s Day was beautifully executed with themed decorations, a tailored menu, live music, and a wonderful cocktail evening where guests were introduced to each other, making it feel personal and inclusive. The food at Mwamba Grill was outstanding (the beef tagliata is a must!), Mr Hussein and his team provided excellent service, Mr Othman at reception was consistently welcoming, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. When we left, there was a genuine sadness — it felt like leaving people, not just a hotel. That says everything. We are already planning to return — and hope Domenico and his fantastic team will still be there when we do.

My stay at Jaz Elite Aurora was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcome with their warmth and professionalism. The property is absolutely stunning, modern, spotless, and designed with comfort in mind. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options that catered to every taste. The pools, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect balance of relaxation and enjoyment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and every detail was handled with care. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went above and beyond, making me feel valued. The chef even baked me a cake for my birthday and the staff sung to me. This isn’t just a beautiful resort, it’s a place run by genuinely kind people. I will definitely recommend Jaz Elite Aurora to anyone visiting Zanzibar. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
