Great parking if you're towing.. nice little breakfast. Helpful, Friendly and accommodating staff. Room not as clean as I had hoped. The bed, sheets and towels were excellent And clean. Was great to be able to have our dog with us in the room.

The young man at checkin was super helpful and courteous! Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if on the second floor you have to climb the stairs with all your luggage. Also it’s on the main road so pretty noisy. BUT the room was very clean and comfortable.

This was a great stay for a night! The staff was very friendly and the room was a lot nicer than anticipated. The outside/ lobby interior of the Inn isn’t much to write home about but we were very comfortable and would consider staying here again for a short time. One downside is that the parking lot is very small but otherwise it works just fine!

The place is in serious need of an update. We got rooms on the second floor while traveling with an elderly woman. They don’t have an elevator! The continental breakfast was essentially toast, yoghurt and bananas/ apples. The peanut butter was a shared jar. Not good for germs. Wouldn’t stay there again.

There were a lot of weeds around the building. Needed to be cleaned up. The outside side door was left unlocked all night. The rooms were clean.

The check in process was easy and the staff were friendly. They are in the process of remodeling, so there was a bit of noise, but it ended at a decent hour. The parking lot was difficult to maneuver, as they had large trucks parked there due to the remodeling. The room was clean and comfortable, however there was an issue with the toilet not flushing correctly. The shower went from hot to cold often, so not a relaxing shower.

The room was actually pretty comfortable. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t excellent but acceptable yet. Appliances available in the room helped to make the stay even more convenient. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the main hallway. No hot food for breakfast, only continental breakfast. Plenty of parking space and friendly staff.

Arrived late and wanted to get a good night sleep. Found beds bugs in both beds. Was offered another room but did not want to stay at the property after finding bed bugs. Was surprising as the room felt clean, decor was updated. Building was old. Front desk person had limited English and didn't seem to understand the severity of the situation. Bed bugs spread, can cause serious skin problems and can be tracked. Was traveling with a pet. Bed bugs could be transmitted to the pet. Left the property at midnight, not staying at the WYO Inn, who would have slept after finding that!

Parking was terrible and there were several other vehicles parked cross ways in the lot blocking some other vehicles. There were several long dark hairs in the bed, which also seemed to have just been made, but linens not changed. The toilet still had streaks in it from the previous guest. There were several mystery drip stains on the murals where the headboards go. There were also several places on the walls where the paint had come off from the bed banging up against it, also the floors are scratched from the bed moving.

For the price it should be what we expected, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room was not very clean, the pillows and sheets had hair and stains on them, only half the lamps worked and the lamp shades were torn. The whole hotel smelled like food the staff had warmed in the microwave.

Loudest place I have ever tried to sleep in my life, and the room was so saturated in some sort of nasty spray smell that it felt suffocating dont stay here if you have asthma. Other than that you get what you pay for in terms of comfort and condition of the property.

Check in clerk didn’t speak English hardly. Room was FILTHY! Dirty sheets, walls, bed etc. Someone’s dirty underwear and sock was still in the room. Door would not lock.

The people there were very nice and attentive. The room was average (old). Bed comfortable, but squeaked when you moved too much. Typical motel air conditioning unit was quite noisy. Train tracks nearby so train whistles during the night.

Typical battle worn motel. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were tired, mismatched and whilst clean enough some room for improvement. Good towels and plenty of coffee supplies. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Great for cheap overnight driving through. The beds are comfortable. The wifi was slow, definitely couldn’t get any work done. Room was clean, plumbing was outdated. No shampoo in my room, but I’m sure if I asked they would have supplied it. Staff was really kind. If you are just passing through it’s a fine option on a budget.

Poor construction with poor noise insulation between rooms and hallway. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is not the place for you. RR directly behind motel with trains throughout the night blowing their whistles and horns.

The room slept well and was in good shape. The issue I had was we got a room on the side of the motel closest to street 30" away and it's quite busy. The other issue was the intense smell of laundry detergent in the bedding. My wife didn't mind but she likes perfume smells where I don't....the beds did sleep well and we were satisfied with everything else

Customer service was excellent—even at 1:00 AM! They answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's impressive that they answer the phone any time, day or night!

I'm surprised this had as many good reviews as it did. Right off the bat the staff was unfriendly, and I asked for two keys and she only gave us one, then was nowhere to be found later when we wanted to get another. The beds were firm, which some people, like my partner, might like. The room smelled mildewy but was generally clean with the exception of hair in the shower. Breakfast was a variety of stale bread type items, overdone hard boiled eggs and some fruit. The coffee creamer was out and yet again the front desk staff was nowhere to be found. When we were done eating and going back to our room we saw the front desk staff return to the desk and she was in pajamas. Comfy I guess, but it was overall a weird experience

The staff was high on something. He gave me the wrong room key that was occupied. I walked in on a couple in bed. Luckily they were busy and didnt shoot me. I walked back andbhe said oops are you sure try this room instead which was not apparently occupied but was difficult to open. I said I was no longer comfortable staying there as he was giving out keys to random occupied rooms. I left he then began calling me on my cellphone repeatedly telling me I should give him a break, that stuff happens. He called 7 times and hung up on me.

The employees were all very nice and friendly. Rooms were perfect for us. You can bring animals however we did not bring ours. But is nice to now that next time we can. Have nothing bad to say we had excellent service while staying here.

This property is a reasonable spot to spend the night. It's close to I-90, so it's a quick on/off if you need that. My street-facing unit was a little noisy at times from the traffic outside, but the traffic decreased in the evening, so it all balanced out.

It was quiet, although there's a rairoad near by. The activity of the tracks didn't bother us. It was a more affordable place to than other Motels.

The hotel is very old, dated and dingy. It is in the industrial part of town and there were very few food options in walking distance- restaurants were either shut down or not serving food only place nearby was McDonald’s.

The hotel is very old, dated and dingy. It is in the industrial part of town and there were very few food options in walking distance- restaurants were either shut down or not serving food only place nearby was McDonald’s.

Parking area is a mess, room in no way reflected the reviews or photos. Staff was mildly accommodating but friendly. The “continental breakfast” was (simply) not. Exceptionally limited choices and quantities of their meager offerings. Lastly, hope trains passing by a railroad crossing warning bells (several times !) in the middle of the night don’t bother you. Stay anywhere else in Sheridan.

I was looking for a hotel that had no frills (no pool, hot tub, workout room) but was clean, comfortable, and affordable. This fit the bill. The location was excellent as it was very convenient to the interstate hwy and not too far from Main Street. The rooms have been recently renovated, the bed was comfortable, and the lobby/hallway was recently renovated as well.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Everything had been taken by construction workers when I came for breakfast at 6:30. I asked the staff to replenish it and they did bring some fruit. Later when I left there was additional food on the breakfast bar

Just to stop through hotel one night bed was comfy it was clean but it’s a little older hotel I thought the hallway to our room was musty and the traffic was noisy by hotel during the night, the breakfast wasn’t much bagels coffee and cereal It’s ok for one night and close to interstate I always read reviews and this place was praised how good breakfast was etc It was a good one night stay with no frills Probably would not stay again

The value was fantastic. The staff was nice and the price for one night was excellent. They had a small but filling breakfast. The bed was a little hard and the staff use very harsh chemicals in the rooms which leave a sharp and unpleasant odor. All in all if you just need a bed cause you are passing thru this place is excellent not sure I would recommend it for longer stays.

They advertised continental breakfast but there was barely any food. They had hard boiled eggs that were unpeeled and a loaf of bread. The cereal was gone and they had 2 bagels.

Customer service was excellent—even at 1:00 AM! They answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's impressive that they answer the phone any time, day or night!

Parking was terrible and there were several other vehicles parked cross ways in the lot blocking some other vehicles. There were several long dark hairs in the bed, which also seemed to have just been made, but linens not changed. The toilet still had streaks in it from the previous guest. There were several mystery drip stains on the murals where the headboards go. There were also several places on the walls where the paint had come off from the bed banging up against it, also the floors are scratched from the bed moving.

Nice bed, The room was ok, The common areas could do with some deep cleaning or replacing the carpet. The picture they show of the outside is either photoshoped or from years ago. There is also a train that sounds its horn quite offten out the back.
