Seen four spiders crawling around in the morning when I was getting ready to leave. Stuff real dusty. Not clean.

A/c didn't work in my room and fridge was warm at best. TV only had 1/3 of the channels listed on tv guide.

The pool was closed due to repairs so that was disappointing. Breakfast is later (6:00/6:30) so plan accordingly if you need to leave early like we did. The coffee was out when we went to leave and he allowed us into the breakfast room to get it from there but nothing else.

We chose this place because they advertised a pool. The pool was closed for "maintenance" despite not being advertised as such on booking sites or the BW website. Staff never answered front desk phone. Our TV remote didn't work, and staff never came to the room to address it after stopping at the desk. Was almost impossible to swipe room key to enter from side doors, so had to walk around to front door to enter. Room was fine, but was very disappointed that the pool was closed (traveling with kids), and overall - the value was very low.
